WikiLeaks To Sue CNN For Defamation

Moments ago, Wikileaks tweeted that as a result of a segment airing on CNN, the whiste-blowing organization announced it has “issued instructions to sue CNN for defamation.”

Wikileaks was referring to a segment in which CNN had the ex-Deputy-Director of the CIA “falsely calling Assange a ‘pedophile.’

As indication of the “plot line”, Wikileaks provides a link to the following McClatchy article, which lays out “the strange tale of a dating site’s attacks on WikiLeaks founder Assange” which writes the following:

For an online dating site, toddandclare.com seems really good at cloak-and-dagger stuff. Disconnected phones. Mystery websites. Actions that ricochet around the globe.

But the attention grabber is the Houston-based company’s target: Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, whose steady dumps of leaked emails from Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign have given supporters of Donald Trump the only cheering news of the last few weeks.

In some ways, toddandclare.com’s campaign against Assange is as revelatory as the leaked emails themselves, illustrating the powerful, sometimes unseen, forces that oppose WikiLeaks.

Whoever is behind the dating site has marshaled significant resources to target Assange, enough to gain entry into a United Nations body, operate in countries in Europe, North America and the Caribbean, conduct surveillance on Assange’s lawyer in London, obtain the fax number of Canada’s prime minister and seek to prod a police inquiry in the Bahamas.

And they’ve done it at a time when WikiLeaks has become a routine target of Democratic politicians who portray Assange as a stooge of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his reported efforts to disrupt the U.S. election.

One part of toddandclare’s two-pronged campaign put a megaphone to unproven charges that Assange made contact with a young Canadian girl in the Bahamas through the internet with the intention of molesting her. The second part sought to entangle him in a plan to receive $1 million from the Russian government.

WikiLeaks claims the dating site is “a highly suspicious and likely fabricated” company. In turn, the company lashed out at Assange on Thursday and “his despicable activities against American national security,” and warned journalists to “check with your libel lawyers first before printing anything that could impact or endanger innocent people’s lives.”

So why are the parties to the melee coming out with both barrels blazing? That remains a mystery of the kind that might take a WikiLeaks-style document dump to suss out.

What is beyond dispute, though, is that the attacks on WikiLeaks rose as the group released a first batch of leaked Democratic National Committee emails in July, days before the party’s national convention, and again this month, as WikiLeaks began releasing thousands of emails from the account of John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chairman.

The online company paints itself as all-American. Online material says its founders, Todd and Clare Hammond, “are an average American couple from Michigan, who met in the eighth grade.” In 2011, the company says, the Christian couple started an email dating service, and “have married 3,000 couples to date.” Their online network began in 2015, and a statement it filed to a U.N. body says it has “100,000+ female singles” in six countries.

The company’s operating address is a warehouse loading dock in Houston. Its mail goes to a Houston drop box. Its phone numbers no longer work. WikiLeaks says Texas officials tell it the entity is not registered there either under toddandclare.com or a parent company, T&C Network Solutions.

The person who responds to email sent to the company declined to identify himself or herself or answer further questions.

“We are not required to confirm the information you are requesting to anyone other than our government and tax authorities. So many people (and companies) have now been unfairly libeled by the wikileaks troll machine, we are being advised not to comment,” an unsigned email from the company to a McClatchy reporter said Thursday morning.

The people behind toddandclare.com persuaded a U.N. body known as the Global Compact to give it status as a participant in May, and it submitted an eight-page report to the U.N. group Oct. 4 carefully laying out its allegations against Assange. The firm was delisted by the U.N. body eight days later amid controversy over its claims.

An Australian lawyer, Melinda Taylor, said the report’s precise language raised additional suspicions at WikiLeaks, where she assists Assange in human rights litigation.

“This is not a report that’s been drafted by a dating agency. It’s highly legalistic and very structured. It’s the language of someone who has drafted complex legal submissions,” she said.

Under Todd Hammond’s name, the report alleged that Assange’s Swedish lawyer had reached out in June to offer Assange’s services on a campaign against rape in exchange for an undisclosed amount of bitcoin. It said the two sides held two videoconferences.

Then came the bombshell: It said the company had ended ties with Assange following “pedophile crimes” he had committed in the Bahamas in late September. It charged that the victim was the 8-year-old daughter of a Canadian couple on a monthlong yachting vacation. The father went to police in Nassau on Sept. 28, the report claimed, charging that his family held video and chat logs showing Assange “internet grooming” the child and “propositioning the 8-year-old juvenile ‘to perform oral and anal sex acts.’ ”

It said Assange, who has been in refuge in Ecuador’s embassy in London since 2012, made a connection to the child’s 22-year-old sister, who was a client of the online dating site, gaining access

to the young girl.

An assistant commissioner for the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Stephen Dean, said “there is no investigation” into any such incident and that the police have received no evidence that such an incident occurred.

Well, if WikiLeaks wasn’t the most hated outlet by the mainstream media in general, and CNN in particular, it has just cemented this status should it indeed proceed with the lawsuit. It will be interesting tp see what internal CNN emails the discovery process reveals, should the lawsuit actually get to that stage.

How Money From Pharmaceutical Companies Sways Doctors’ Prescriptions

If your doctor receives money or gifts from a drug company, be it payment for a lecture or a free meal, does it influence the medications he or she in turn prescribes? This represents the burning question in an industry saturated with pharmaceutical company involvement.

A ProPublica analysis revealed nearly nine in 10 cardiologists, and seven in 10 internists and family practitioners, included in their study received payments from drug or device companies in 2014.1 But the analysis didn’t stop there.

It also looked into whether or not such payments were associated with prescribing practices, and here’s where things got interesting.

Doctors Who Received Drug-Company Money Prescribed More Brand-Name Drugs

ProPublica analyzed the prescribing habits of doctors who wrote at least 1,000 prescriptions in the Medicare Part D drug program. The doctors belonged to five common specialties: psychiatry, cardiovascular disease, family medicine, internal medicine and ophthalmology.

Not only was the receipt of drug-company money associated with a higher percentage of brand-name drug prescriptions, but the prescriptions rose with the amount of money received.2

The analysis included promotional speaking, consulting, business travel, meals, royalties and gifts as forms of drug company payments. Those who received more than $5,000 from industry in 2014 prescribed the most brand-name drugs. According to the analysis:

“In all cases, the group receiving larger payments had a higher brand-name prescribing rate on average.

Additionally, the type of payment made a difference: those who received meals alone from companies had a higher rate of brand-name prescribing than physicians who received no payments, and those who received speaking payments had a higher rate than those who received other types of payments.”

Are Drug-Company Payments ‘Thinly Veiled Kickbacks?’

Dr. Aaron Kesselheim, an associate professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, told The Atlantic regarding the featured study:3

“It again confirms the prevailing wisdom … that there is a relationship between payments and brand-name prescribing … This feeds into the ongoing conversation about the propriety of these sorts of relationships.

Hopefully we’re getting past the point where people will say, ‘Oh, there’s no evidence that these relationships change physicians’ prescribing practices.'”

Indeed, this is far from the first time that such payments have been linked to prescribing practices.

A 2010 study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine also found that nearly 84 percent of physicians surveyed reported some type of relationship with industry during the previous year, and those with such a relationship were more likely to prescribe a brand-name drug even when a generic alternative was available.4

The finding isn’t only relevant for patients, who may be paying more unnecessarily for brand-name drugs, but also for taxpayers who spend billions each year subsidizing Medicare Part D. At least 1 in 4 U.S. prescriptions are paid for by Medicare.

Meanwhile, it’s worth repeating that the reason drug companies pay doctors and aggressively promote certain medications is not to benefit patients; it’s to benefit their bottom line. And there’s often a fine line between legitimate payments and illegal kickbacks. ProPublica noted:5

” … [F]ederal whistle-blower lawsuits against several pharmaceutical companies have alleged that payments are little more than thinly veiled kickbacks, which are illegal. Companies have paid billions of dollars to settle the cases.”

America 2020 – What Will The Landscape Look Like?

By: Zy Marquiez
December 18, 2015

We are going to put imagination to a test.   You are each encouraged to do this on your own.

Put pen to paper, and imagine the world as it will be during the year 2020.

Let’s begin.

Monsanto‘s stock will be completely eviscerated as more information comes forth regarding their full range of cancerous products and genetically modified food garbage.

Cyber false flags will increase at a monumental rate. Said events will be used by the mainstream media presstitutes and the comptrollers to push further for a digital currency. Most people will be skeptical given the banking /financial establishment’s unstable records.

The powers that shouldn’t be will keep pushing the Vaccine agenda, but they will stir a hornet’s nest as millions of parents, specifically women, will draw the line at forceful vaccinations [such as SB277] which will also merge into a greater agenda, that being forceful medical procedures. Lines will be drawn. The parents will make sure there is hell to pay if anyone touches their children.

People will figure how to breakaway from fluorideFluoridation information will go widespread, as information will reach critical mass as countless more towns will continue to clamor for the removal of fluoridation such as this, and this, and this, and this, oh and this. Untold numbers of folks will begin to realize the benefits of real, clean water, and will purchase, and create their own filters as time goes by.

Aspartame will be seen as equal to diseases by a sizeable portion of the population and outright bans will be requested, which storm all the way up to congress as more and more people continue to file thousands of adverse side effects from the consumption of such products poisons.

The mainstream media will no longer be seen by the majority of the populace as the most trusted news source. Their numbers will continue to plummet, which will force buy-outs, mergers and outright shutdowns of entire news stations. More independent journalists will detach from the system and they will be coming out in droves. They will smell blood, and the sharks will circle, for the first REAL time in quite a while.

More cancer cures will be found, and an exponential number of people will find out the truth about the causes/cures for cancer and how Big Pharma/Big Medica and the comptrollers are responsible for the suppression of many [most?] of the cures.   An increasing number of people will also begin to seek alternative remedies for their diseases, and even more will learn how to combat diseases in more ways than most can imagine.

Organic, non-genetically modified, gluten free, locally grown fresh foods, will grow exponentially to the tune of tens of billions of dollars, with an outside shot at overtaking 100 billion as more corporations position themselves for the global change. This will propel a tidal wave of companies into a bottleneck for decent portions of the market share. New faces will rise, old ones will fall, but folks still remain weary given the previous behavior of corporations in years past.

Tangible assets will grow in people’s portfolios, and those said assets will become more readily known by the ‘average’ investor. People will take the reins of their financial flagship and steer it where it makes most sense for them, and not the corporations.   Savings rate will be the highest its been in decades. Banks won’t be as trusted as before, even though they will continue to clamor for a digital currencies.

Average health in the United States, and in many western nations, will begin to shift due to the unprecedented change of people shifting to real foods. More people will quit smoking and drinking due to the deleterious effects those vices cause on their health.

Homegrown foods will increase at an extremely rapid rate, and people will begin saving bucket loads of money due to this transition. Their health will also benefit greatly from such an endeavor.

Tyrannical government players will continue to play the ‘gun-control’ cards after real shootings coupled with false-flag operations. However, they will realize that similar to the Vaccine Agenda, the Gun-Control card will only be worse for them and will serve to wake people up as its continuing to do.

The controlled descent of the economy will have begin to shift into a holding pattern, as 3D printing, coupled with local/online small businesses which are infused with cash via crowdfunding programs that will continue to take the entire globe by storm as individuals stampede into taking their power back. Manufacturing within the United States will begin to look better than it has in over a decade. Small business will be a boon to the economy, especially local ones.

The fracture that is taking place behind the scenes between different warring factions of the globalist empires – some of them no doubt breakaways – will amplify in breath and scope. Mysterious murders and deaths will litter the American/European/global landscape as hidden players keep vying for power in this global game of chess. Who will win? That’s up to you to decide.

New whistleblowers will emerge within the Cancer, Vaccine, Health, Biotech, Financial and Intelligence structures. Data dumps will be the name of the game, and this will cause chaos behind the scenes.

Lockheed Martin’s stock will continue to grow due to their unprecedented technological innovation directly tied to the Breakaway Structure and powerplayers. Many space related corporations/assets will grow, many of them privately, and a select few will hold more power than people imagine. Space Ports will begin to grow en mass within the BRICS Nations. Space Tourism will be the talk of the day, but false flags will morph on the horizon beyond our atmosphere in the form of ‘accidents’.   Some battle lines will be drawn in the sand in space between the Breakaways and newer players.

But more importantly, you will realize how to play their game, which is by removing yourself from the board completely thus not allowing your time/money/energy to be tapped by such a noxious system.

The question isn’t why would those events take place? The question is why not? Some strong currents of change are already being felt.

The power will ultimately lie in the individual. Will the individual choose to continue the toxic life, or will they realize that there are other doors, other options to be able to live a better, happier, more product life for themselves? Time will tell.

All of this will ensue with billions of choices. You can either help your freedom, or help your slavery. In the end, everyone helps polish one side of the coin or the other.

—————————————–

On the pillars of tomorrow, Orwell and Huxley will be sitting. While relaxing on rocking chairs, volleying back and forth in a heated game of chess, they eventually note the change in the currents of humanity. Each will gaze at each other, nod, smirk, realizing that for the first time in modern times the tsunami of chaos that was heading in our direction, was redirected right at the powers that shouldn’t be.

Then Orwell proceeds to tell Huxley, “Guess Tesla was right?”

“Regarding what?” Huxley counters.

“Last week at our roundtable discussions remember he said ‘Every living being is an engine geared to the wheelwork of the universe. Though seemingly affected only by its immediate surroundings, the sphere of influence extends to infinite distance.’

“Guess humanity is figuring it out after all…” finalizes Huxley.

Orwell nods in appreciation as they fade away into the memories of the Universe.

The end? Or the beginning?
