The Churchill-Lord Halifax Moment Of History: May Government In…

Last week’s general election in the U.K. didn’t quite go the way Prime Minister Theresa May and her Tory party had hoped, with Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour party picking up seats, leaving the Tories with a thin majority in Parliament, and having to retain power by climbing into bed with the Northern Irish DUP party, which, I am informed, is a “hard right” party because it’s against gay marriage. But hey, bringing in boatloads of barbarians who like to execute gay people from the region of the world dominated by the Religion of Peace Love and Tolerance is ok.  It’s things like this that are the source of my confusions. The results intrigue me, because during last Friday’s members’ vidchat, some of our U.K. members were trying to make sense of the results for me, and of course, I ended up being more confused than before. My first suggestion to my British friends: write your constitution down somewhere. That way, you can keep track of how much of it you’re ignoring. It works for us. As it is, it takes a barrister from the Inner Temple to figure it out, and even they have difficulty.

So back to the British elections and my confusion. One individual of my website informed me during the vidchat that many of the pro-Brexit voters turned to Labour in this general election, and away from the Tories. This makes a little sense to me (and only a little), because the whole Brexit thing was what brought down Mr. Cameron and installed Ms. May. But my impression was that the pro-Brexit voters pretty much spanned both large political parties in Great Britain, so I am even more confused as to why the Tories would have assumed that the Brexit-UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) voters would automatically in the Tory party pocket.

My attempts to get any sense from my U.K. members what the main issues (for them, or as they saw them) were, was pretty much a failure. So in lieu of having any solid idea on what just happened, and why, I went hunting through my email folder and found this article from the Globe and Mail shared by Mr. T.M., and I suppose it does just about as good a job as any in explaining things from the point of view of the British electorate:

May will work with ‘friends’ in Northern Irish DUP to achieve Brexit

There’s a few weird things in this article, that make me wonder even more what’s going on. One thing it points out is that Britons were mainly concerned with domestic issues, and the less-than-stellar performance of the May government in dealing with them. For example:

However, the election campaign quickly turned against Ms. May. The public didn’t focus on Brexit as much as she’d hoped and instead concentrated on domestic issues such as health care, education and taxation. Ms. May, 60, fumbled the announcement of a key social policy measure for older people, upsetting seniors and forcing her to make a hasty backtrack. She also ran into trouble over her plans to cut immigration, causing confusion with an unclear timetable. And she turned off some voters by refusing to debate Mr. Corbyn and by appearing robotic in a couple of televised town-hall-style sessions.

Terrorist attacks in Manchester and London also exposed her legacy of cutting 20,000 police officers during her six years as interior minister. Mr. Corbyn pounced on the police cuts and many rank and file officers complained about the lack of resources just as the country faced its biggest terrorist threat since the Irish Republican Army in the 1970s.

This of course reassured me, in that I was wondering if the terrorist attacks figured in the voting results at all. Some people I talked to said yes; others no. But there’s a quasi-constitutional issue looming, not the least of which is because Ms. May now has a much weaker government – indeed one might argue, an unstable one – with which to negotiate with the European (dis)Union of its Brexit policy. Mr. Corbyn, the Labour leader captures this problem succinctly:

But there were already growing calls for her to resign.

“She wanted a mandate. Well, the mandate she’s got is lost Conservative seats, lost votes, lost support and lost confidence. I would have thought that is enough for her to go,” Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn said.

Labour Finance Critic John McDonnell said the party was ready to try to form a minority government. “If we can form a minority government, I think we can have a stable government,” he said Friday. “We would be able to produce a Queen’s speech and budget based upon our manifesto, which I think could command majority support in Parliament, not through deals or coalitions but policy by policy.”

So why hasn’t she gone? Whatever one makes of British politics (and it’s always hazardous to guess), I just get the feeling that there is a lot more behind this one paragraph than the standard, traditional, “visit-of-the-winning-party-leadership-to-see-the-Queen”:

“I have just been to see Her Majesty the Queen, and I will now form a government – a government that can provide certainty and lead Britain forward at this critical time for our country,” Ms. May said after her Conservatives failed to cling to a majority.

I don’t know about you, but I just cannot help feel a slight tingle of deja vu here, and feel that we’re looking at another Royal Palace-Churchill-Lord Halifax moment of history. There across the channel is the German colossus, astride Western Europe, making demands and extending olive branches and hoping Halifax wins the Royal lottery and forms a government (after all, he’s the Palace favorite, and the Palace is, after all, occupied by a bunch of Germans, though over the last 150 years, almost all traces of the German accent have disappeared. The de-Nazification program (me) apparently has not been 100% successful, because some of them want to become viruses to wipe out whole swaths of the human population.). And then of course there’s the radical Liberal-today-Tory-tomorrow Churchill. Churchill, as we know, won the Royal favo(u)r and the then-existing version of “hard Brexit” won out, though there were times that the Churchill government’s grasp on power, behind the scenes, was not as secure as it was maintaining in public, as Britain was unceremoniously ejected from Greece, and a fellow by the name of Rommel began to cause more than a few headaches in Africa. Churchill was banking on America, not a German-led Europe, and again, the deja vu is too weird not to notice, for after the Brexit vote, the U.K. was thinking about “What to do with the Commonwealth,” and the answer was straight out of Cecil Rhodes and Chatham House: “Let’s invite America to become an associate member.”

Of course Ms. May now has her work cut out for her, and frankly, it will be interesting to see if her government survives, and how long it survives. Her “war cabinet” is already grumbling, just as Mr. Churchill’s began to grumble after the first – or is this the second? (or the third if you count 1814-1815) This is all getting so confusing – Fall of France (see Emmanuel Macron). And Corbyn? Should a Corbyn minority government ever form, I suspect its days, too, will be very numbered, and for many of the same reasons.

The parallels are not, of course, exact. May is no Churchill, nor is Mr. Corbyn, and neither are a very good imitation of Lord Halifax. Both are too bland and dull to be Churchill, and are too sharp and radical to be a Halifax. But the situation is, overall, bizarrely similar: a united German-led Europe, threats of invasion from barbarians with little grounding in western culture and institutions, governments of appeasement, and so on.

In any case, the results are a muddle.

Leaving the British to do what they do best in a tight place: muddle through.

See you on the flip side…

The Weaponization of Information in the War of Terror

TRANSCRIPT AND SOURCES: https://www.corbettreport.com/?p=22963

If terrorist incidents are always tied back to shadowy groups linked to Al Qaeda or ISIS, an online, independent media might connect those dots to show how Al Qaeda and ISIS were literally created, fostered, funded, trained and equipped by the UK government, the US government and their allies across the world as a tool in their quest of dominance of the Middle East and control of their domestic population. But such a story can only be told on a free and open internet, where independent voices continue to reach the masses and inform them of the truth about these terror groups.

“Glitch” Responsible For Massive Payments Outage In The…

If you’ve been watching the meltdowns on the internet lately, and specifically with respect to financial clearing, you’ll have noted an increase in the outages of payments systems. Recall that during the “power outage” that was caused by those pesky “metallic balloons” in San Francisco, Los Angeles-San Diego, and New York, was accompanied by payments outages in Ontario, specifically in Canada’s largest grocery chain, Loblaws. Well, on May 1st, during a banking holiday weekend, Lloyds’ and National Westminster (NatWest) banks in the United Kingdom were hit with similar problems, according to this story shared by Ms.B.Z.:

Payday banking meltdown as Lloyds, Halifax, RBS and NatWest customers are hit by online glitch that stops them accessing their accounts – and even makes payments ‘vanish’

Note the problem according to the U.K.’s Daily Mail:

Customers of Lloyds Bank, Halifax, RBS and NatWest were up in arms after an online glitch saw many lose access to their accounts and payments disappear.

The glitch, which affected the banks’ online service, occurred on what is payday for most of the British workforce.

All the banks said the issue had been resolved, with ‘missing’ transfers to reappear in customers’ accounts by the end of today.

Note that what is being described as a “glitch” (which somehow affected Lloyds, NatWest, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and Halifax banks all simultaneously), also was responsible for the complete disappearance of monies in electronic transfers and transactions:

One user told the NatWest Twitter help feed: ‘Your app’s not working …… neither is your online banking. Just transferred money bet [sic] my accounts and it has disappeared!’

Another added: ‘Me too, £650 has not been transferred and has gone missing!!’

As one angry commentator put it in the comments section below the article: “What is a glitch?”

Indeed, the term “glitch” is used when no one has a good explanation, or at least, an explanation they care to share.

So, in the absence of an explanation that is covered by the word “glitch”, permit me to run amok with my high octane speculation of the day, for I cannot help but think that when two of Great Britain’s largest banks get hit with a “glitch” that causes electronic transfer payments to completely disappear, that something more than a “glitch” is involved. As I indicated when I blogged about the strange financial clearing problems in Ontario during the “power outage” that was caused by a “glitch” called “metallic balloons,” it appears that someone, somewhere, is doing not only a lot of reconnoitering of the internet, but that they are also sending messages about the complete lack of integrity and security of digital systems.

In short, these do not strike me as “glitches” at all; they strike me as deliberately contrived events; someone is gathering an extraordinary amount of intelligence on financial transaction systems, their security, and doing exactly the sort of exploratory “strikes” that one would do in order to ascertain how to “hack the internet” and bring it all down in one fell swoop. After all, this time the banks were able to recover the transactions and credit their customers’ accounts. Next time it might not work out so tidily.

See you on the flip side…

Medical Tyranny & Big Government: Judge orders FORCED VACCINATIONS for children in shocking UK court case

April 13, 2017

Freedom has taken another crushing blow in the UK as a High Court judge ruled that a mother can’t do what she believes is best for her children — but only because her beliefs don’t go along with their preordained narrative of what defines a child’s “best interests.”

The mother in question did not want to vaccinate her children in part, because they are vegans and current vaccine development methods do not align with the family’s personal beliefs (they contain animal blood components and DNA). The mother also cited concerns about toxic ingredients often found in vaccines, such as aluminum salts, as part of why she opposed getting her children vaccinated. According to the mother, her oldest son had already experienced side effects from previous shots such as “cradle cap, a persistent cough and eczema.”

However, this story is not just a case of courts versus a loving mother. The children’s father brought the mother to court over her refusal to vaccinate the kids, and applied for a court order to force vaccination upon them. The father says that he did this out of concern for his sons’ safety, and claims that the mother is “obsessive, overprotective and narrow in her views.”

But who is really being narrow-minded here? In the wake of evidence that vaccines can cause a number of health issues, including neurodevelopmental disorders, is it really so “narrow” to question their safety? One might wonder if refusing to acknowledge “dissenting” information on the topic of vaccines — and at least take it with a grain of salt — is what is truly narrow.

The father went on to say that the mom had a “suspicion of all conventional medicine,” and illustrated this claim by describing how in the past, she had refused to give her sons paracetamol-based medicines. Paracetamol is the British term for what we in the states call “acetaminophen.”  However, these concerns are not unfounded: Acetaminophen has been shown to sometimes cause liver damage, even when consumed in the recommended amounts as instructed by the label. In 2013, it was estimated that some 80,000 people a year are hospitalized due to acetaminophen poisoning and another 500 or so would die from liver complications. So, how is this not a valid concern?

The boys’ mother defended her beliefs in court and stated, “It is not natural to be injected with metal elements and as a vegan, it goes against my beliefs for my children to be injected with something that is grown on animal cells or something that has been tested on animals.”

She also stated, “What I have learned is that yes, vaccines do work some of the time, but there is a definite risk with vaccination. The vaccine manufacturers have cited that vaccines are ‘unavoidably unsafe.’” The UK mom, who has not been named to protect the anonymity of the kids, went on to describe how her boys are very healthy children and that their risk of disease is low because they have strong immune systems that help to protect them against illness.

Sadly, but yet unsurprisingly, the father’s attempts at making the mother sound “paranoid,” prevailed. The High Court Judge Mark Rogers cited the UK’s Children’s Act of 1989, which allows the court to “overrule a parent” for the sake of the child’s “welfare.” Natural Blaze reports that vaccines do not appear in any of the headlines for the legislation, though that made little difference in the outcome.

Rogers noted that the mother was unable to find a doctor to support her views that was willing to appear in front of the courts on her behalf. To do so, naturally, would have been career suicide for any doctor — or at the very least, it would have opened them up to quite a bit of scrutiny. He even went on to say that he was “sorry” that the mother would view his ruling as being “wrong,” and questioned her ability to view the matter “objectively.”

Forced vaccination will never be the right course of action. Vaccines do come with risks, regardless of whether or not mainstream medicine puppets are willing to recognize it — facts are facts. Vaccines are not only made with animal-derived ingredients, but they are often tested on animals. To make matters worse, many vaccines contain toxic adjuvants such as aluminum salts, which are known to cause a wide range of deleterious effects.

This issue will not be going away anytime soon, and as more people wake up to the dangers of vaccines, we will likely begin to see more court-mandated vaccination cases.

British high court awards massive payout to child who was permanently damaged by the swine flu vaccine… government tried to suppress the truth for years

A young man from the U.K. who was seriously injured after being vaccinated for swine flu during the fake pandemic of 2009 has finally received the payout he was due from the British government. For years the government tried to cover up the truth about the deadly vaccine, known as Pandemrix, which caused thousands of young people — including young children — to develop narcolepsy.

As you may recall, more than 30 million people across Europe — and roughly six million in the U.K. — were vaccinated with Pandemrix, a product of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) that was rushed through safety trials and brought to market because of the “emergency” at hand. Not long after people started getting the jab was it discovered that many of them were developing serious adverse reactions to the vaccine.

Rather than pull Pandemrix from the market, the British government made a deal with GSK to basically just compensate those who developed the most serious health conditions from the jab, setting up a $92 million fund from which victims could receive payouts.

$92 million is nothing compared to the billions of dollars in profits GSK was able to rake in from the manufactured crisis. This allotment basically served as hush money for those who would make the most ruckus about developing injuries from Pandemrix, of which there are now reportedly more than 1,500 cases.

Despite its paltry sum, this $92 million still represents something for the families of those who were injured, helping them to receive the medical care they need while regaining some level of quality of life — that is, if they actually receive any of the money. According to reports, many victims are being denied their respective payouts as the government hems and haws about how to distribute it.

“So far, only two sufferers in the U.K. have been compensated after developing narcolepsy as a result of receiving Pandemrix: Josh Hadfield, 10 years old, and Katie Clark, 23 years old, who was awarded her compensation posthumously after she committed suicide as a result of the condition,” writes Francois Lubbe for The Daily Health.

“A third claimant — only known as John — was denied compensation by the UK’s Department for Work and Pensions, because it was of the opinion that John’s disabilities are not severe enough to pass the 60 per cent threshold to trigger a pay-out … That’s despite the fact that a 2015 Upper Tribunal ruling had already awarded him £120,000.”

Courts rule that government owes Pandemrix victims speedy compensation

For John, though, the situation recently took a turn for the better after a Court of Appeal heard the case and decided that John’s injuries were severe enough to warrant a cash payout. And because of his win, it sets a new precedent for other victims like him who have also been waiting to receive their cash payouts for Pandemrix injuries.

John’s lawyers told the media that his served as a test case for how the courts will handle Pandemrix injuries moving forward. Based on the decision of the Court of Appeals, in other words, compensation payouts to others should move much more smoothly, and hopefully this type of situation will never happen again. (RELATED: Learn more about vaccine company immunity in the legal system by visiting VaccineCourtNews.com)

“What’s even better is the fact that this case has now opened the door to civil claims against GlaxoSmithKline — the manufacturer of Pandemrix — who was previously indemnified by the UK government against any claims at the time the vaccine was released,” Lubbe adds.

In fact, there are over a dozen places on our planet which you CANNOT gain access to.

From top-secret military bases to exclusive clubs and Armageddon bunkers.

In this article, we take a look at the FIFTEEN most restricted places on the surface of out planet.

RAF Menwith Hill. UK.

RAF-Menwith-Hill-2

One of the most secretive complexes in Europe, and one of the most peculiar looking one’s as well. These fascinating and somewhat weird structures provide communication and intelligence support to countries like the UK and the Us.

This complex is so vast; it has been cataloged as the BIGGEST electronic monitoring station on the entire planet.

The Bohemian Grove

bohemiangrove-owl_shrine

This one is really strange. It’s something nearly out of a Hollywood cult-like movie. The Bohemian Groove is a –forbidden— 2,700-acre rural location located ‘somewhere’ in California. The land is believed to be owned by a private San Francisco-based arts club called the Bohemian Club.

In the past, presidents such as Richard Nixon and Herbert Hoover have attended. Women are not allowed.

It turns out that every summer, the Bohemian Club hosts a two-week camp in the woods were the most influential people in the world gather. Are they worshiping reptilian gods?

Snake Island

snake-island-1

A place you cannot access and a place where you really don’t want to go. Snake Island is a small Island located off the coast of Brazil and contains 4,000 of the DEADLIEST snakes on the planet. Their venom is so powerful that it can MELT human flesh.

The Island has been deemed so dangerous that the Brazilian Government banned visitors from accessing it.

The Coca-Cola Vault

Google Data Center Storm Trooper And R2D2

Google eRuns the internet and its Data Center is as guarded as Area 51 is. It is a high-security location that contains trillions of records of our DATA.

You cannot access it, ever.

Area 51

AREA-51

Now that we mentioned Area 51, it is also one of the most secretive and well-protected locations on the surface of the planet.

This military base is located in Nevada, some 80 miles from downtown Las Vegas.

According to ‘official’ reports, the base’s primary purpose is the research and development of experimental aircraft and weaponry.

Interestingly, its existence has only been acknowledged in 2013, and until then the government claimed the base didn’t exist.

Many people believe that the base is not home to revolutionary aircraft and weaponry systems but is home to otherworldly technology.

Newly Formed Crop Circle In The UK Amazes Researchers

“The massive crop circle is humongous 300-foot figure that occupies two acres of land and features a number of mysterious symbols that according to researchers are TWENTY astrological symbols adorning its edges..”

While the mysterious appearance of strange crop circles around the globe is not exclusive to recent decades, some of the formations that have appeared on Earth lately are mind-boggling.

This is the case of an enigmatic crop circle that has recently appeared in the UK.

The newly formed crop circle is so fascinating that veteran crop circle researchers are marveling about this fascinating, intricate formation that recently appeared on a farm in the United Kingdom.

The massive crop circle is a humongous 300-foot figure that occupies two acres of land and features a number of mysterious symbols that according to researchers are TWENTY astrological symbols adorning the edges of the crop circle.

The family that owns the field where the crop circle appeared reports that the intricate formation appeared after they returned home from a vacation.

Even though the crop circle is of elaborate design, the owners of the field did not detect ANY evidence whatsoever in the field suggesting human intervention nor did anyone else report any strange activity during the time the crop circle appeared.

Renowned investigation Colin Andrews wrote on his Facebook page: “I’ve traveled the world for over thirty years investigating crop circles and have never seen anything quite as impressive.”

According to Andrew’s he is currently investigating the newly formed crop circle and is confident that he will soon determine the exact source of the mysterious formation.

In an effort to recoup the ‘lost potential income’ by the destruction of the crops, the family that owns the fields has decided to charge admission to the site.

The crop circle phenomenon remains as one of the most enigmatic and mysterious occurrences indirectly related to the UFO phenomenon.

Many crops circles have captured the interest of respectable scientists who have demonstrated a significant interest in these anomalous formations. Richard Taylor, a physicist at the University of Oregon, is one of those scientists, and even published a paper about Crop Circles in the 2011 issue of Physics World, where Professor Taylor stated the following:

Crop circle arts are not going to give up their secrets easily. This summer, unknown artists will venture into the countryside close to your homes and carry out their craft, safe in the knowledge that they are continuing the legacy of the most science-oriented art movement in history. (source)

Today, we can acknowledge and say that there is no doubt that crop circles are a real phenomenon since the evidence behind them is overwhelming, the only question that remains is who and what creates them?

“The patterns of the formations themselves have been studied endlessly. Aside from being supremely beautiful, many seem to be messages in one form or another, often with cosmological implications. None seems ominous or evil. If one receives any sense or feeling from them, it is benevolence. If it were to be the case that these formations are created by an extraterrestrial or non-human intelligence, we might conclude that at least one of the groups here might, in fact, care about us and wish to help us.” – Richard Dolan  (source)

Study Shows That Primary Schools Are Heavily Influenced By Junk Food Ads

July 7, 2016

A new study by Cancer Research UK found that children ages 8 to 12 linked junk food with having a good time. The children also stated that television commercials for junk food made them hungry and left them craving the food on the screen.

Children from 6 UK schools were interviewed after watching 2 television advertisements for junk food to examine how the media both impacts the food choices of children and the link to childhood obesity. According to Cancer Research UK, children described junk food as “addictive” and “tempting” and stated that they could “lick the screen” when shown advertisements for unhealthy foods.

Currently in the UK, junk food cannot be advertised during children’s shows, however, researchers found that children are still influenced by them when they watch television later in the day. The study found that children were attracted to bright colors, funny voices and celebrities within the commercials.

They also liked that most of people in the advertisements appeared to be having a good time when eating the unhealthy food. What’s more, children are heavily attracted to new flavors or designs that might catch their eyes in the grocery store, which means they will often ask their parents for the product when out and about.

Alison Cox, director of prevention at Cancer UK stated:

“Most kids said that adverts made them feel hungry and in many cases it had a direct effect, with some children more likely to ‘plead’, ‘nag’ or ‘beg’ their parents after seeing an advert.

While not allowing junk food ads during kid’s television shows is a great step, it seems that the restrictions already in place aren’t enough. Children are watching junk food adverts during family programs, where these restrictions don’t apply.

The rise in children’s obesity is a huge concern and a growing epidemic. There must be no delay in taking action. We know that obese children are around five times more likely to be obese adults, and obese adults are more likely to develop cancer.”

image-44310527_global_child_obesity_gr416

Cancer UK is one organization that is calling for a ban on junk food advertising before 9pm in an attempt to help curb the epidemic even further. They state that their research shows that 74 percent of the UK public is on board with this suggestion.

THE AFTERMATH OF BREXIT: A FOURTH OF JULY READING

In the past few years it’s become my custom here either to refrain from blogging, or simply to post readings from America’s historical founding documents, on the Fourth of July, and with the BREXIT referendum in the United Kingdom, a revolt against out of touch, unelected bureaucrats in Brussels laying waste and ruin to European culture, I think the following readings are worth consideration:

THE US DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

“Mr. Adam’s sine qua non of a good government is three balancing powers, whose repelling qualities are to produce equilibrium of interests, and thereby promote the happiness of the whole community. He asserts that the administrators of every government, will ever be actuated by views of private interest and ambition, to the prejudice of the public good; that therefore the only effectual method to secure the rights of the people and to promote their welfare, is to create an opposition of interests between the members of two distinct bodies, in the exercise of the powers of government, and balanced by those of a third. This hypothesis supposes human wisdom competent to the task of instituting three co-equal orders in government, and a corresponding weight in the community to enable them respectively to exercise their several parts and whose views and interests should be so distinct as to prevent a coalition of any two of them for the destruction of the third. Mr. Adams… has not been able to adduce a single instance of such a government.” (Centinel, Number 1, October 5, 1787, The Anti-Federalist Papers, ed Ralph Ketcham (New York, American Library, 1986] p. 230).
