Saucers, Swatstikas And Psyops – A History Of A Breakaway Civilization: Hidden Aerospace Technologies And Psychological Operations by Dr. Joseph P. Farrell is a phenomenal introduction into his analysis of the breakaway civilization.
In this introductory book to his breakaway civilization trilogy, Dr. Farrell seeks to shed light into the murky and malicious mechanism that has brought about arguably the first modern breakaway civilization: The Nazis.
As Dr. Farrell himself notes, nigh nobody has taken a gander at the field of studying Breakaway Civilizations, except for a handful of individuals. Those individuals are Carroll Quigley and Richard Dolan. Be that as it may, Dr. Farrell’s point in creating this book is not to overthrow the works of those two prior authors, but to supplement them with a fresh new set of eyes that attempts to look at the broader picture (as well as implications) and ascertain what other threads of data might lie unknown but still remain crucial to this topic.
Moreover, Dr. Farrell intriguingly touches upon how the Nazi UFO mythos came to light, which is actually quite an illuminating examination since it ties into other nefarious dealings, considering who publically manifested the meme. Another component pondered at lengths are psychological operations (psy-ops), since they feature prominently in understanding the totality of the breakaway phenomenon and how UFO’s serve as a perfect cover for it.
Essentially, what Dr. Farrell seeks to do, and argues quite well for, is bring about a prima facie case for the very existence of a Breakaway Civilization, its structure, how its remained in power for so long, and many of its underlying tentacles, one intriguing one being the topic of psy-ops.
Hearkening back to psychological operations, Dr. Farrell takes an intriguing route, not oft-considered, and instead of analyzing the George ADamnski case for its extraterrestrial implications, he analyzes it for its implications as a psy-op. This is crucial, because it helps lay the foundation for much of what takes place within UFOlogy and how the consideration of anything other than the ET-hypothesis for our advanced technologies is looked at askance, even though evidence keeps mounting that both hypothesis are plausible, and should be considered equally. In respect to Adamski, Farrell also breaks down not only inconsistencies within the account, but also other overlooked data sets that could imply more nefarious components therein.
Perception management and social engineering are also given a keen glance, which is vital since by the very nature of the technologies, those behind some of the UFOs could employ the technology to manipulate the views of the populace on a mass scale. This, of course would mean that very notion of UFOs could be used to carry out psychological operations of all types on an unsuspecting public. The analysis is quite intriguing because it gives a new fresh set of eyes to view much of what has happened in the UFOlogy community and with contactees.
Another intriguing point in the book is Dr. Farrell’s analysis of the provocative and enduring statements made by former chief of Lockheed’s Skunk Work’s’ division, Ben Rich. The implications of this part alone are rather staggering. A fair glance is also given to the suppression of Tesla’s work, Project Skyvault, Project Winterhaven, Torsion Physics, and more.
The book also features a table of contents that is extremely informative, while also containing a rather useful bibliography for researchers that wish to follow up the information further.
Dr. Farrell rounds out the book with a salient gander at the financial, geographic and historical components of the breakaway civilization. These areas of research serve as the cornerstone upon which to cement all previous commentaries and analysis throughout the book as it gives extensive evidence for the capability of such a civilization to exist, as well as the implications thereof. The disturbing connections of the Nazis and radical Islam, and how those take part in psychological operations is also given a look, since it bears much importance in our current paradigm and that of radical Islam. More importantly, Dr. Farrell also touches upon the disturbing Nazi plan to come back after the war. To those that might think its ludicrous that the Nazi’s even contemplated ‘coming back’ from the war, the author cites another reliable source to show that this was in fact the case:
“Captured Nazi documents reveal they had a comeback plan. Their plan to regain power after the war revolved around using their friends and fascist sympathizers in other countries – particularly in the United States – to do their bidding while rebuilding Germany. These documents note that, as late as 1944, the Nazis were hoping for a Republican victory in the presidential election because they would get an easier peace. The second part of their plan aimed at provoking a war between the U.S. and Soviet Union would allow the Nazis to retake power in Germany without U.S. intervention.”

Farrell also notes another separate sourced document that goes on to state that the Nazis had to continue carrying out their plans underground.[2]
In its mind-bending totality, Saucers, Swatstikas And Psyops is a book pregnant with implications that will undoubtedly become more and more apparent with time. This exposition by Dr. Farrell outlining the foundation for the breakaway civilization, its psychological operations, and the historical details certainly sets the stage for further areas of research.
One great aspect of the book, is that Saucers, Swatstikas And Psyops is chock-full of sources and footnotes, which allow the reader not only a chance to verify and also follow up research, but also shows the seriousness of Dr. Farrell’s work.

The Ascension Mysteries by David Wilcock is an interesting dissertation into the possibilities that the Universe may yield in the future. Wilcock’s foray into the fiercely phenomenal is an unbounded approach into what he believes wholeheartedly to be taking place in the world at this time.
The book features a collation of data points, some of which come from verifiable sources, and some of which come from alleged whistleblowers, that merges in its core into what Wilcock has repeatedly called the ascension process.
Incidentally, the first half of the book felt more like having a salad, and the second part of the book was where the meat and potatoes was at. As a connoisseur of data, the second part was far more interesting than the first, and am definitely highly appreciative of the countless sources Wilcock uses where applicable.
As a forewarning, some chapter titles – mostly particularly in the first half of the book – are a bit of a misnomer because they make the chapters seem like they were going to be vastly more interesting than they actually were. This is coming from someone who knows how interesting Wilcock’s work has been in the past. The subject matters within the first half of the book often went in personal directions, which in a sense was a bit of a letdown considering the possibilities the chapter’s name featured. That’s a subjective point of view, so your mileage may vary.
In the nascent stage of The Ascension Mysteries, the author begins questioning much of what we’ve been taught in public schooling, which quite admittedly not only paints history in a different light, but is downright obscure when one delves deeply into that matter.
In any case, Wilcock proceeds to lay the foundation for his work with an analysis of the structure of the Universe, which he has termed “The Source Field”. He uses references such as the work of Dr. Hans Jenny and Dr. Luc Montagnier to buttress this theory.
The author follows up touching lightly upon Disclosure Project which took place in 2001 and featured reputable people that claim to have access to data considering UFOs and cover ups that would boggle the mind and these individuals were also willing to testify before congress.
Thereafter, saliently noted by the author are the myriad issues we as a society face with the constant bombardment of what the Cabal wishes to infuse the populace regarding Illuminati Symbolism in pop culture & media, while also venturing into his personal background into relation to how he grew to find this information.
Noted within the confines of the book are also references to Carlos Castaneda and how his findings dovetail with alternative realities. Wilcock also notes how his dreams helped lay the foundation of much of what he knows while also how Big Pharma played a roll into the health deterioration of his mother. The author gives mention to the many instances of personal synchronicities that took place in his life.
From there the author speaks at length about personnel events that revolve around ESP, and how that has helped manifest much of what we know of regarding his work today. In fact, a great portion of the first half of the book is interweaved with personal anecdotes regarding the journey that he has gone through.
Noted also by the author is his delving into LSD as well as his foray into Lucid Dreaming travels spawned in large part by the work of Dr. Stephen LaBerge’s PhD Lucid Dreaming book. With this, Wilcock gives us how those two events also played a roll into his understanding of reality as he saw it at the time and as he sees it now.
Promptly soon after, the author then touches upon NASA and many of the issues regarding the information they have covered up at the time, and some of which they still cover up today. Mentioned with the factors of NASA’s duplicitious dealings are whistleblower testimony from personnel who were privy to information about Moon missions and such, which definitely leave the reader knowing something is amyss within the halls of NASA.
Covering the work of Maurice Chatelain, who was the director of communications for the Apollo missions, Wilcock also shows how his findings of the “Constant of Nineveh” couple into the book. Wilcock also covers how the Constant of Nineveh interweaves into the Solar system, how precession helps bring ascension about, and how ancient history is littered with references to a possible ascension according to his understanding.
Curiously, Wilcock makes mention of the Breakaway Civilization, but he never mentions that it was Richard Dolan who coined the term in his magnum opus series UFOs & The National Security State. Given how much Wilcock talks about Secret Space Programs, you would figure he would give a proper nod to the idea’s creator, since it couples perfectly with Secret Space Program, especially since he’s one of the most credible in UFOlogy.
Be that as it may, Wilcock then sets his cross hairs on NASA by giving it a much more in-depth look later in the book that covers a much more thorough approach than earlier on.
Other notable topics include stargates, Ancient Civilizations, moon bases, moon anomalies across the solar system, unofficial disclosure, underground bases, insider testimony, the fight against the cabal, and much more.
One of the strongest strengths of the book is also its greatest weakness some will argue, and that is his heavy reliability on insider testimony. Knowing this, it’s definitely an area to keep note of. Some aspects of the book are much stronger than others, but the totality of data points sets the stage for possibilities in intricate ways.
Secondly, the main ‘con’ of the book – as mentioned previously – is that a lot of the first half of the book is filled with personal info that could have been summarized a lot more efficiently and not so verbose, thus allowing for the book to have even more tangible information. While the information Wilcock provides regarding his family and his past is important to understand all the early process in relation to Wilcock’s background, he could have just stacked more evidence for himself instead.
Ironically, a great part of the book felt like reading a journal. That’s okay, since it’s part of Wilcock’s approach but given the topic at hand it would have been nice for his book to be structured in a way that was as ironclad as possible rather than overly anecdotal in a few areas. That’s just an opinion though. Given that Wilcock features many references where applicable, some would argue that he’s already given us ample evidence for his many arguments.
Whether or not people agree with Wilcock’s thesis of ascension is up to them. With all the evidence he provides where applicable, it at least gives people something to ponder about regarding the many topics covered and their inherent implications.
Being one of the headliners of the SSP Conference, former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Catherine Austin Fitts [Solari.com], went next to last on the final day of the conference.
Being the monetary guru of the conference, her presentation is thus named “The Space-Based Economy.”
Fitts’ presentation begins with a rough outline of what the presentation will cover:
– Looking for the Money
– Mapping the Economics
– Building out The Low-Earth Orbit Infrastructure
– Unanswered Questions: Closed vs. Open Economy
– Practical Implications To You
From the outset Fitts’ commences by explaining how she got entangled into this abstruse subject. At the nascent point of her quest, she began simply by looking for $4 Trillion dollars that went missing from the US Government.
She proceeds to take a cursory glance at the amount of money spent in space by the most powerful economies. Thereafter, she hones in on a more disturbing machination, which regards how much money the military has ‘lost track of’. This outrageous incident, which isn’t the only one, adds up to the tune of $2.3 Trillion dollars.
There in Fitts’ tackles this monumental issue by delineating the fact that a whopping $40 Trillion dollars is what she estimates the black-budget brigade has siphoned from private households as well as the US Govt. and other places. The obvious question she poses: “Where did it go?”
She alludes that that enormous amount of money would be sufficient to run a global government behind the scenes, it could have gone into space, or a few other places such as the black budget and such.
With a bit of humor, she picks on Lockheed Martin with a few of caricature jokes for obvious reasons, given their stature as contractor and highly probable tentacles within off-world ventures.
Fitts’ proceeds to show a chart which shows a comparison between the NASDAQ, the SP500, & Lockheed Martin’s stock, as well as pointing out a few notable points regarding these three charts.
After that she speaks of a waver that the National Security Advisor can give that will allow him to delegate to companies the ability to wave the compliance of SSC Transparency Rules. This is quite intense, because with that any company can undertake black budget projects and many other dealings.
Fitts’ splits up the economy into two regions, the Low-Earth Orbit, which manages the flows related to resources primarily on Earth. This is where 90% of the economic action is. The other area is space exploration, and she says its profoundly different economics between L.E.O. and space exploration.
One interesting aspect is her take on exploration. She mentions how exploration has always usually been a risky venture historically, and can be quite detrimental to a society. This would only be more exacerbated in space. Due to that she proceeds to touch lightly upon the fact that the establishment needs to figure out how to handle the political/economic risks of these ventures.
As an example, she talks about how Scottland undertook ‘The Darien Project’, which wound up being a bust, and wiped out 20-25% of the capital of the country. This is a small, but incisive reminder into the risks of explorations that a country needs to heed.
Knowing the incoming Space Race that is coming, the establishment is pushing heavily into reigniting the interest of space. Because of this, space ports are popping up everywhere. Fitts covers a few aspect of this new corporate space race.
Subsequent to that Fitts covers the crucial need to minimizing cost of delivering payloads into space. In the past, control of the sea lanes was linked to the economy, but now, coupled with that the satellite lines are the ones that are in need of policing. Due to that, there is an incoming traffic jam in space of countries that are realizing the need of putting satellites into orbit and the advantages that can have due to the Snowden revelations.
The competitive aspect of manufacturing is then addressed quite well by Fitts. She talks about “..building a domestic manufacturing infrastructure not just here but in other countries around the world where they can break through, break free, a huge amount of industrial capacity so they can support the cost of going not space.” Japan’s tech giants are mentioned as one of the ones carrying this out.
One of the most notable points follows: “The goal of what is going on in that space is…about the control and concentrations of flows on planet Earth including cashflow.” This is because the control and concentration of cashflow are arguably the two largest factors to focus upon regarding the space-based economy.
The amount of total satellite launched in space is covered thereafter, with Russia, China, and USA focused on. Satellite Industry Revenues is also mentioned. The focus should be on the digital information going through the satellite.
A thorough Chronology of the Building Out Of GPS is there in shown. Coupled with that she seeps into the supporting digital systems and the “smart grids” that support the satellites. The main point behind all those tools is “Who can get the data from here to there the fastest”. This is the foundation for space-based operations in the Low-Orbit sector. One highly notable bullet point was the one covering Weaponry, which included: Surveillance, Intelligence, Coordination And Unmanned Forces [Drones, Robots]; Entrainment and Electronic Harassment; Offensive and Defensive Weaponry. This is in order to be able to use force with unmanned capabilities from a distance, if the need to go to a defensive posture arises. Soft weapons are also mentioned as a cause for concern given their increasing use. If am not mistaken, Fitts’ had an interview with Charles Hugh Smith covering some aspects of Soft-Weaponry on her Solari Website. All this centers upon mind control of the individual.
Another profound quote by Fitts is shared in regards to power, and money:
“If you look at the competition for resources globally, the shift of investment eastward means that the military must enforce. Nobody puts money where they can’t enforce. That means, as the money moves globally, so must the military. It’s simply the nature of the investment model.”

This is all leading to a rebalancing of power that is currently taking place globally.
Sinking her teeth into an abstruse aspect of this global move, Fitts focuses thereafter on the rise of internet uses globally. As she mentions, in its nascent stages in 1995, less than 1% of the Global Population was on the internet. However, in 2005, there were 1 Billion internet uses. This had tripled by 2014, and increased slightly more thereafter. All of this has come due to the lower cost of smartphones nowadays, which has aided greatly in this user expansion.
“Why is this important? One of the most important drivers of economic in space and in the low-earth Orbit is what? Fiat currency.” All of this is headed towards a global digital currency of some effect.
The debt-based fiat game is then talked about quite incisively as to how that plays out in the global scheme, and how that interludes into global control and military capacity.
The One-Way Mirror is the addressed by Fitts’. This regards the surveillance platform that is being implemented that is so intrusive, so far-reaching, and so breathtaking that is beyond astonishing. Due to that, she focuses on the importance of knowing about entrainment, subliminal programming, financial manipulation, soft weapons, and aspects of the CIA/NSA/Google [Nafeez Ahmed] and more.
Women are thence focused upon Fitts, and it’s quite fascinating, as the establishment has made an enormous effort to play the woman card. What is meant by this is that women in every aspect o the world are being promoted. This is because the global female population has a GNP that’s bigger than China. Essentially, women control an enormous economic arm of the globe. This is something that is going to play itself out from here on out.
Fitts continues: “Control is not control of countries and municipalities or government leaders. Control is control of every one of you and I using racial based technology, artificial intelligence and a lot of these different technologies.”
The global fight for the internet is then addressed by Fitts.
Subsequently, she covers the Peace Of Westphalia.
The Peace Of Westphalia [1648] was the political agreement which was the end of the medieval period, because it came up with a philosophy of sovereignty that gave a monopoly of force on a the sovereign government. Before that a lot of nation states and mercenaries were able to field power.
Soon thereafter, Fitts moves from there to Unanswered Questions: Is Earth An Open Or A Closed Economy?
– Who Owns The Debt?
– What Is The Gold Inventory?
– Who Is behind The One Way Mirror?
– Who Controls The “Smart Grid?”
– Black Budgets, Dark Pools, Hidden Systems Of Finance: Is There Such A Thing As Markets?
– Digital Currencies: Who Controls?
– What Are The Economic Costs Of Disinformation?
The above questions are delved into by Fitts’ in a poignant manner. She makes some interesting, and yet, quite provocative statements regarding the above points/questions.
Catherine Austin Fitts finalizes her presentation with all the things the individual can do. This is my most favorite aspect of her presentation because she is always hammering on the importance of what people can do at the individual, local level of their community. Not from a fear point of view, not from a doom-and-gloom, but in a way that is realistic, practical and energetic way.

Catherine Austin Fitts’ work is highly respected here, and with great reason. Her approach is always reasonable, methodical, fearless and extremely educational in many ways.

During this previous Secret Space Program Conference held last year in Bastrop, Texas, was able to meet Dr. Joseph P. Farrell and personally thank him for all the work he has done. His work has been quite pivotal in bringing many newfound ideas to the fold. Ideas that are utterly needed to be able to grasp the intricacy of the landscape that the global populace finds itself currently in.
In any case, this particular presentation, which is the first of a two-part series, is titled Cosmic War – Cosmic Versailles.
Farrell begins by introducing the outline of his presentation and giving a brief presentation of each. This includes:
I. A Look Back – San Mateo 2014 – The-War Mega-Manhattan Project On Steroids
II. The Historical Context
III. The Mythological Context
IV. The Implications For The National Security-Breakaway Civilization/Secret Space program Complex .
As he alludes, the whole point of everything that is going on behind the scenes with the ones running the Breakaway Civilization is to ‘avoid a Tower of Babel’ moment. “A repetition of things that may have happened in the distant past. And in that respect i also suggested that they would go back and look at the ancient texts to see if there was any guidance. To see if there was something in those texts that might be possible to formulate their policies. And in this respect, the parallels between WWI and what I am calling the Cosmic Versailles are truly astonishing.”
Farrell thence proceeds with his main thesis, which is “that the post Cosmic War period…I believe that there was an ancient Cosmic War fought right here in our Solar System. And that this may have created a Versailles treaty situation…that’s what we’re going to be examining today.” [For those interested in learning more about the Cosmic War, please refer to his book which outlines this idea in incredible detail.]
Transitioning into the first major part of his outline, Farrell hones in on the next part of his presentation, which focuses on the multi-faceted threat of the Communists, the post-war Nazis, and UFOs.
This trifecta of power, “would have forced them to create a Manhattan Project on steroids lasting several decades. But with immediate need to develop technologies, reconnaissance technologies potentially able to scout out and find out what the Soviet Bloc was up too, find out where the Nazis were and what they were up too, that’s a big part of my work. And then finally not only to do this but secondly to introduce a program designed to deal with the problem posed by UFOs, and to institute a long range black projects technological research program to emulate the performance characteristics of UFOs if possible, and achieve parity, or near parity. And you’re going to be hearing I’m quite certain from Dr. Paul LaViolette, one of my favorite researchers in this field about some of these technologies.”
Farrell continues “This implies, that the National Security establishment had concluded as their trying to achieve parity that UFOs as I indicated last year, pose a potential National Security threat, because much of UFO activity was concentrated over American and Soviet defense installations…Last year I indicated at a Soviet Nuclear ICBM base…at Byelokoroviche in the Ukraine UFOs actually activated the launch sequence of soviet ICBMs leaving Soviet crews scrambling to shut this down and prevent a thermonuclear war.” [Emphasis added]
Due to all of the above, and couple with much of what was covered last year by Farrell, “the national security state a study of ancient religious mythological texts and lore for the purposes and seeing i they can determine who was behind the UFOs. Secondly, if possible, where they were from. Thirdly, what they wanted. Fourthly, what their motivations were. Were they hostile?”
Farrell states that at minimum, much of what was going on behind the scenes would have to have been seen as a “provocative act” by the Breakaway Complex. This would very much spawn an enormous drive to achieve parity, or near parity, as quickly as possible. A coupled concern to that is spoken thence by Farrell, which is that “If that’s the case, than they need to determine whether or not psychological warfare operations can be mounted against them.”
Proceeding to delineate the possible importance of this, Farrell points out that “…if there is a Cosmic Versailles, if there is some treaty that you might be able to find traces of in ancient texts, in ancient lore, then they need to know the terms of that treaty. Is it still in effect? What happens if its violated?” Ultimately, “their goal [The Breakaway Complex’s] was to prevent a second interference, a second tower of Babel moment in human history.”
Rewinding a bit, Farrell thence mentions that the possibility of why UFOs began appearing in large numbers “at the beginning of the human nuclear and thermonuclear era was possibly because the nuclear bomb, per the observations of Nazi scientist Dr. Ronald Richter in Argentina, may have been functioning as “transducers” of energies from the configuration of local space-time…That is to say from the positions of the planets and so on when and where on the surface of the Earth the bomb is set off. …For a brief moment it functions as a gateway, as a “transducer” of the zero point energy as it is configured in local space.”
Farrell’s thesis follows:
“I’ve suggested, in many interviews, that there is a direct analogy between the post-World War One settlement between the Allied and Associated Powers and the Central Powers, and that ancient Cosmic War that I believe to have been fought by the “gods” within our own solar system. But I have left my detailed reasons for making this observation largely unstated. So you’re going to hear them here for the first time.”
Transitioning into the next part of his presentation, Farrell tackles an unexpected, and yet, still incisive point, which is that of artillery [during the world wars?], and its historical context with this abstruse issue.
“About 100 years and a few months ago…this man August von Mackensen…in the month of April of 1915, launched what was supposed to have been a limited offensive in Tarnów, Gorlice…to help relieve the Russian pressure on Germany’s Austro-Hungarian allies. But what happened was that his offensive was so successful, and so brutal, that the Russian lines began to collapse to the point that Germany decided to go on a front wide offensive in 1915. It nearly led to the complete collapse and exit of Russia from the war.”
Farrell continues: “…what made all that possible was this man right here, this is Lt. Colonel Georg Bruchmueller [Operation Michael: the “Kaiserschlacht” March 1918 The roar was heard in Paris]…we all heard the history books of how on the Western front the allies and Germans bombarded each other for weeks on end with artillery to create breakthroughs supposedly in the trench system. This man changed the tactics completely…he believed in sudden massive coordinated artillery, infantry, cavalry movements, with time tables…but by 1918 these tactics were then applied on the final German offensive in March of 1918, beginning with the “Kaiserschlacht” the first German offensive…after the Germans surrendered to the central powers. On such a narrow front this man concentrated over 6,000 artillery tubes on a front of about 25 miles against the British lines. And in a 5 hour bombardment hurled more ordnance on British lines then we dropped on Nazi Germany in all of WWII…of course it sent the British reeling. The roar was so bad from that intense 5-hour bombardment it could be heard 60 miles away in Paris.” [Emphasis added]
Why is all of this important? Farrell elucidates: “It’s because when we get to Versailles, something happens. And its precisely these six points that indicate to me that there may have been a Cosmic Versailles at the end of that Cosmic War in distances of high antiquity. The six crucial points are these”
1. The “Family Feud “that was WWI was over.
For consider, Kaiser Wilhelm II was the cousin of King George of the United Kingdom.”
2. Reparations – Tribute and Sacrifice
“Versailles, stipulated massive war reparations. Germany had to pay war reparations to the allies. And I want you t think of this in terms borrowing the insights of Secretary Fitts…I want you to think of this in terms of a tithe. Or of the ancient practice of tribute to a conquering king and so massive were the reparations on the Germans that what you were really doing is that your harvesting their National Wealth and productivity of each and every last living individual German. So in a certain sense its even sacrifice.”
3. Inventorying and Disarmament: the forbidding of certain types of weapons.
“What did the allied and associated powers do? First of all, they took an inventory, they’ve just suffered 4 years of war, and in the final year of the war these massive German offensives with numbers of artillery that boggle the mind of all calibers of all calibers…First thing the allies do is they inventory the German war machine and stipulate in the disarmament clauses of the treaty that the German Reich would be prohibited from the manufacture of certain types of weapons. And if you stop to think about this if you’ve read my book, the Cosmic War, I put in that book the entire Epic of Ninurta – an ancient Mesopotamian text – and I did that for a very specific reason. Because when you read this text its hardly an epic. It’s like reading the index of a Sears catalog. It’s simply an inventory, and most interestingly this is an epic about actions being taken after a war of the Gods. And the inventory is an inventory of the weapons that were used to fight this war. And some of that technology was taken by the victors and used and applied in other context. Some of the technology was destroyed. And a very small category of that technology that could not be destroyed was hidden.” [Emphasis added]
4. Monitoring
“As a part of the stipulations of the treaty, the Versailles system set up a system of monitoring to ensure German compliance with the treaty. In other words, you don’t rely on the enemy that you just defeated to tell you “Oh no we’re not building any of that”…you set up a system of monitoring and this has both a public, and a secret aspect because the French of course insisted in the treaty that they be able to send their attachés and representatives to all the German heavy industries plants and inspect them to make sure that the Germans weren’t producing any heavy armaments that they had the bitter experience of facing. But this also means, that they set up a system of spies and i want you to file that one in the back of your mind, because that is going to be a very crucial point.
5. The “Quarantine”: Demilitarization Of The Rhineland
They set up a quarantine zone around Germany and insisted, and this is one of the quarantine zones [Farrell points to the screen, to the Rhineland map]. That extended to a zone as you can see of about 30 kilometers on the East bank of the Rhine…That whole area was demilitarized, it was a quarantine zone… Incidentally they set up another one on the eastern side of Germany in a very different way. And I want you to file that one in the back of your mind.”
6. The Survival Of Both Parties
“The most significant point – WWI was really sort of Act 1, as we know, in a great world war that the world fought from 1914, to 1945. And WWI ended more or less as a stalemate…Now if the National Security Establishment is formed in this crucible this is the way they’re going to look at things. They’re going to look at recent human history WWI/WW2 and apply this Versailles text to the reading of ancient text, to the reading of ancient mythology.”
From here Farrell gives a small synopsis of what WWI was:
1. The First World War was a family feud between related monarchs: Edward VII of Great Britain [who did so much to engineer the war], was the son of Queen Victoria, and hence, the uncle of Kaiser Wilhelm II, whose mother was Victoria’s daughter, which makes him a cousin to Tsar Nicholas via Tsarina Alexandra other family ties.
Farrell continues, “When you look back and look at the ancient Mesopotamian text in particular that refer to this “Cosmic War”, what you see is a war fought among the gods..they are all related to each other. It’s a big family feud – it’s a big civil war.”
1. The “Cosmic War” was a family feud between related “gods”, the most famous example being Mesopotamian and Greek mythology, with the war between Tiamat and Marduk, later between Nergal [Mars], Ninurta, Enki, et al. [since they’re all descended from Tiamat], or the war between Chronos [Saturn], the Titans, and Zeus.
Farrell further expounds, “The Greeks have their version of this, the Romans have their version of this, the Aztecs have a version of this, the Vedas have their versions of this, the bible – Lucifer, Michael, The War In Heaven. Everybody has a version of this “Cosmic War”.
Moving onto the Mythological Context, Farrell points out in a slide as he comments about:
In the Versailles Matrix: Pay reparations, or be subject to the invasion and occupation of the industrial region [i.e., ruination of your economy] and the forcible extraction of tribute: The Ruhr 1923.
The Sacrifice Matrix: Pay the sacrifice or be subject to retribution and bad crops [i.e. the forcible ruination of your economy]
“If you look at the ancient practice, what’s sacrifice? Pay the tribute, pay the sacrifice, or be subject to military occupation, deportation…Or make your sacrifice, make your animal sacrifice, your human sacrifice, and if you don’t, you’ll have bad crops. Now I want to stress something that’s very important, if you look at most of these ancient texts and traditions, sacrifice begins to rise, begins to become an acceptable practice, after some sort of war.”
Farrell follows with this intriguing quotation:
“The Toltecs were engaged [in battle] at a place call Netlalpan. And when they had taken captives, human sacrifice also got started…Indeed, every kind of human sacrifice got started then…It was the devils who started them…Huemec sacrificed a human streamer, thus making payment.” [Emphasis Added] [Note: By payment Farrell equates that to a reparation].

Is there more? Farrell sheds light on this:
“Note what we have, in just the Aztec tradition alone, just as we have incidentally in the western Christian tradition, the idea of:
1. A Primordial war or conflict followed by
2. The institution of bloody sacrifice to maintain the broken order and to stave off economic collapse by payment of a “debt”. It’s a tithe, it’s a tribute, it’s a way of symbolizing that you won the wealth and labor of an entire civilization, because they are defeated in war.”
Traveling further into the past, Farrell further expounds:
“Sacrifice is also viewed as an analogue to the “dismemberment” that you see in some cosmological and metaphysical processes of the differentiation in some cultures that leads to creation. In the Vedic texts, this whole process of differentiation, that creates all the fullness, and diversity, that you and I know and experience in everyday life. This is described in the Vedic texts as “dismemberment”…In some cultures this idea of sacrifice expresses itself how? Linda Howe has done yeomen’s work studying the phenomenon of cattle mutilations. And even in some cases human mutilation. What is this for? This might be a component, of the institution, of some sort of reparations clause in some far distant treaty of Versailles.”
Farrell then proceeds with another comparison to Versailles in a slide:
“The treaty of Versailles demanded that Germany turn over copies of its big road mobile 16.8 “Big Bertha” siege guns, and demanded that Germany also turn over a copy of “the Paris Gun”. The Germans refused to do the latter, claiming they had destroyed all copies of the gun and any papers and plans detailing it. Suspiciously, they also passed a law making it the highest state secret, forbidding those with knowledge of it to talk about it. The Allies, for their part,
1. Carted off what weapons they could;
2. studied them and made use of the technology both in military and other applications, and
3. destroyed as much of the “really nasty” stuff as they could find, and ordered the Germans not to build any more of it.”
“Why did I put that in there [picture of the Paris gun]?” Farrell inquires, thus continuing, “because the projectiles from that weapon were the first man-made objects in lower outer space. It shot up into the stratosphere, and that’s how it was able to achieve long range.”
Not surprisingly, in WWII, Farrell points out, that the Germans proceeded to bring forth the Krupp 21cm K12E/Krupp 28cm K5E weapons, essentially showing that they never did get rid of the previous “Paris Gun” blue prints.
Hearkening back to Mesopotamia, Farrell delves deeper into the Epic Of Ninurta, which “indicates a similar if not identical pattern of the inventorying, destruction, and secreting of technology, for in The Cosmic War, I cite the “epic” at length [pp. 222-227], in which I pointed out that the “epic” is really an inventory of the technology – consisting of various “stones” – of the defeated enemy. There were three classes of technology [stones]:
1. Stones to be preserved and carried off by the victor for study and use in the other applications [pp. 227-229];
2. Stones that were ordered to be smashed and pulverized [pp.230]; and finally;
3. Stones that could not be destroyed: One of these, the “Elel” stone, is spoken of this way in the Epic Of Ninurta:
[Note: in the text, the stones [such as Elel] are addressed directly, like you’re talking directly to them.]
“Elel, intelligently you caused terror of me to descend on the Mountains [which can also mean planet, and pyramid], where discord had broken out. In the rebel lands you proclaimed my name among my people who had banded together. Nothing of your wholeness shall be diminished. It shall be greatly suited to the clash of weapons…You shall be set up on a pedestal in my great courtyard.”
In other words, the implication is that the Elel stone is a kind of “philosopher’s stone” of Weapons technologies, an “ultimate weapon”, and since it could not be destroyed, it was hidden.” [Italic emphasis in original]
Farrell follows with another slide:
“The Versailles Treaty stipulated that allied [and particularly French] military attaches would have access, at any time, and unannounced, to all German heavy industry and armaments plants for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the Treaty. Additionally, the French put into place an expanded on the ground human intelligence capability to spy on German compliance. [Germany, incidentally, as I detail in The Third Way: The Nazi International, The European Union, and Corporate Fascism, developed the policy of using German firms in proxy nations to develop forbidden military technologies, a lesson with its own implications for the “cosmic war” scenario.]
In short, there had to be a system to ensure treaty compliance, a system of espionage, or…”
Transitioning to another slide, Farrell couples the above former with the following:
…”Watchers.” The Slavonic text of the Book Of The Secrets Of Enoch, ch. 18: 1-3 states:
“The men took and brought me up into the fifth heaven [what does this numbering of heaven really mean?], and I saw there many hosts not to be counted called Grigori; and their appearance, was like men, and their size was greater than that of the giants. And their countenances were withered, and their lips are always silent.” [pp. 20-21] [Italic emphasis in original, bold emphasis added.]
Continuing:
“In the footnote to this passage, however, Morfill and Charles not that the “Grigori” is another name for the “Watchers,” that class of humanoid beings whose duty was to “watch’ and if necessary guide [that is to say, interfere with] humanity.” [Q: Why was it necessary to watch and guide humanity?]
“The answer may be that in the aftermath of a Cosmic War, and incidentally in my view it may have included the destruction of an entire planet, a la Star Wars, is what you would do. You destroy the inventory and technology that made such a war and the destruction of such a planet possible, number one. And number two, you’d prohibit the development of that technology again. And number three, you wouldmuddle the science to prevent humanity from achieving that kind of technological prowess again, and misapply it. And you’d try and mold and direct human affairs.” [Bold emphasis added]
“Morfill and Charles also state:
“The text cannot mean that all the watchers rebelled, but only that it was from the class of watchers that the rebels proceeded.” [Note that you now have two post-cosmic-war elites: a “good” one and a “bad” one, both on near planet Earth, watching and manipulating humanity.] “It is of course, just possible that the writers’ scheme may differ from the conception we have given above ,and be as follows:
“The rebellious watcers, with their prince Satanail, are confined to the fifth heaven. The subordinate angels who followed them are imprisoned in the second heaven, where as the watchers who went down to earth and sinned with women are imprisoned under the earth.” [p. 20-22, n. on “the fifth heaven.” [Italic emphasis in the original]
In other words, we have a quarantine zone around, and to some extent, inclusive of, the Earth, again in a kind of “cosmic Versailles” template.”
Farrell follows with another tidbit of info by Morfill and Charles,”…that it was “Under the sphere [i.e. within the orbit of] the moon, which is the least under all, is a firmament…and there the souls of the demons are.” [p. 36, n.] “Conversely, they also note that pagan tradition reversed not the place, but the mortal status, of this zone, by noting that for the Stoics, the above of the blessed was “under the moon,” citing the early Christian writer Tertullian’s De Anima, ch. 54. [p. 36, n.]”
From here, Farrell sinks his teeth into this abstruse issue further:
“Note now what we have:
1. A clear reference to a “quarantine” zone, which is defined by,
2. A clear defined astronomical (and hence identifiable) natural boundary in space, one that is moreover
3. A natural base of operations for anyone intent upon the long-term observation of humanity and planet Earth and its compliance with any “cosmic Versailles” treaty, and which being ready to hand,
4. Might explain the sudden spike in UFO interest and interference in human nuclear and thermonuclear weapon systems during and after WWII; and finally,
5. Clear indication that there are two surviving elites of this “cosmic war” both near and on planet Earth, and that human scholars are exemplified in Morfill and Charles are aware of this story.”
Ultimately [subsequent slide]: “what might all of this mean for the national security state / breakaway civilization studying such texts, and the parallels between them and modern history and UFO-associated phenomena? What are the implications for a “secret space program”?
1. The indications in some texts of a “quarantine” zone in local celestial space, a zone defined by clear astronomical boundaries such as the orbit of the Moon or any other local celestial body, may indicate that human presence in or beyond the zone could be interpreted as an act of war or a violation of the stipulation of some lost “cosmic Versailles” treaty. And thus, as a safeguard, it will be necessary to ensure that human presence in space is not misinterpreted. This can be done by putting official notices on space probes, such as the Lunar Excursion Module of the Apollo program, that humanity is “coming in peace for all mankind:” [Italic emphasis in original]
Thereafter, Farrell implores, “Who’s the message addressed to?Why would they have suspected or insisted upon putting a message like that? Was it just to put a monument up there on the moon? Or was there another reason operative in placing these little notices on those early space probes?What I’m suggesting is of course there was another reason for it.” [Bold emphasis added]

“2. The Re-Militarization of the Rhineland/Quarantine Zone”: As international human commerce becomes increasingly reliant upon space-based assets for financial clearing and, in the not-too-distant future, space mining, it will be necessary and essential to protect those assets from any outside interference or prediction, human or otherwise, and this implies the basing of weapons in the “quarantine zone”. This will in turn require, as I indicated at last year’s conference, demonstrations -space-gun-boat diplomacy – by humanity to “whomever” that it has acquired a rudimentary capability of engineering systems of planetary and possibly stellar scales [the “Farrell Corollaries to the Kardashev Classification system] for potential weaponization, and the achievement or parity or near-parity with the ability to emulate UFO technical performance.
“3. These demonstrations might be intended to force a “renegotiation” of the “tribute/sacrifice” component of any “cosmic Versailles” as might have been put into place in High Antiquity, particularly since it will not be lost upon the technocrats and oligarchs of any such breakaway civilization/secret space program that with the advent of Christianity and its influence over a significant portion of the world, that the payments of sacrifice ceased completely [implying that sacrifices were simply seized and performed anyway by other intelligences, ala the Ruhr occupation of 1923]. This renegotiation might have taken the form of financial or commodities payment of some sort, a point which clear analytical implications for the current state of the global economy; [Italic emphasis in the original]
“4. The clear implications of a “Cosmic Versailles” are also that (a) elites from both sides of the conflict survived; and (b) that the first stage of the conflict was over, leading to the possibility of a second and renewed stage in the future. Given that the “Versailles” template or model dictates not only that some “quarantine” zone was instituted in local celestial space but also that some monitoring or espionage project was established in order to ensure compliance with that “treaty” [especially in the matters of reparations and non-development of certain technologies], any program of technological emulation of UFOs must be accompanied by a “counter-espionage” program to identify and mislead any “watchers”. Such a program would depend on (a) a massive surveillance program and (b) the acquisition of a massive genome/DNA database to identify those with “non-Human” but humanoid genetic signatures, our “genetic cousins.” (Think “Ancestry.com” and other such sites) [Italic emphasis in the original, bold emphasis added]
Farrell gives us another tidbit to ponder, “In my book The Cosmic War, I recount this war from a lot of different ancient texts, there is something I began to notice about these ancient tablets of destiny, these ancient technologies of mass destruction. I think they were biometrically activated. You had to have the right retina scan. You had to have the right DNA, otherwise they wouldn’t work. That’s why only the ‘gods’ could possess them. And if you suspect all that, and if you’re invading a bunch of middle eastern countries, to collect artifacts, not just oil, you’re going to start looking for it. And the only way to do that is through a massive surveillance program coupled with biometric databases. Guess what the FBI wants to do right now? ”
“5. Since the ancient texts – particularly the Mesopotamian and Greek traditions – indicate a “cosmic war” in our own celestial neighborhood, with Nergal/Herrakles/Hercules/Aries[Mars], Chronos[Saturn], Tiamat (the mising exploded planet), the Moon, and the Sun being involved, the possibility exists that remnants of the technology – including those weapons technologies such as the “Elel” stone of the Epic Of Ninurta – might rest or be recoverable on those planets. As such, which the public message placards on human space probes might indicate “we come in peace”, the possibility exists that a covert purpose for the exploration of those bodies and for the recovery and analysis of those alleged ancient military technologies is in play.
Finalizing, the final slide follows:
“I believe that it is evident from the behavior of technocrats concerned with monitoring space an UFO affairs, from the concern to secure human thermonuclear weapon systems and space systems against UFO interference, to the indicators of the development of hidden technologies and energy systems [Secrets of Antigravity Propulsion by Paul LaViolette Ph.D. is as far as I’m concerned the textbook on the thinking and technologies that are out there in the public record], to the development of a massive surveillance state, rapid on-the-spot DNA sequencing technologies, to the sending of message on human space probes reassuring “whomever” of our peaceful intentions, that it becomes clear that such patters and policies themselves corroborate the possible existence of the “Versailles model” as a template for policy-makers of the breakaway civilization/national security group and that this template has indeed informed and influenced the behavior of that group, especially as regards to the possibility of covert “space exploration and rearmaments program.”

Over the last decade or so, Richard Dolan has become the unofficial historian of UFOlogy, and with good reason. Dolan, in his usual no-nonsense, methodical and rational approach has brought credibility to UFOlogy, which at times is a topic that can leave one’s head spinning.
In his second volume in this series Dolan also coined the term ‘Breakaway Civilization’, which also dovetails trenchantly with this analysis.
UFOs & The National Security State –Chronology Of A Cover Up [Volume 1] by Richard Dolan brings forth a substantial effort in chronicling many of the most notable Unidentified Flying Object sighting in modern history [1941-1973].
A most comprehensive/compelling dissertation of the dilemma humanity is facing within our skies is carried out in this book, and the fact that Dolan carries it out in an objective manner is not something to be taken lightly.
Dolan does an exemplary job in detailing not only the cover up of one of the greatest secrets of human history, but he has also centers his sights on the National Security Apparatus as well as the Military Industrial Complex, both of which have played a monumental role in creating this reality matrix that has been carefully manifested around us.
Furthermore, showing his attention to detail and nuts and bolt approach, Dolan is meticulous in footnoting all sources. This is quite appreciated, because in the arena of ufology, where it’s tough to find tangible evidence – it is one of the biggest covers up after all – it’s great to have someone who’s willing to stick to documentation rather than ‘insider testimony’. Not saying the latter doesn’t matter, but, it’s quite overdone in many circles and this is a much-needed common sense approach.
Coupled with the above, the author also brings forth of the issues of UFO sightings near nuclear facilities. This in it of itself should be highly disturbing, because regardless if you think there are others out there, the simple fact that there is someone technologically advanced enough not only to penetrate the airspace of the United States and its military, but to do so with impunity, in what should be the most secure facilities on the planet [Nuclear weapons are the most powerful weapons on Earth, on paper, after all, aren’t they?] is HIGHLY DISTURBING. The fact that it’s covered up is even more so.
But there is far, far more.
Dolan examines the high strangeness in abductions, cattle mutilations and the like, but also examines much of the disinformation and psychological operations that are carried out by the governments in order to downplay, and ridicule this issue.
This book sets out to lay the foundation for what will undoubtedly be one of the most pressing issues mankind faces right at this moment.
There is nothing else out there even remotely close to this book in this field, except the works of Dr. McDonald and the work of Major Donald Keyhoe. Both have done a rather incisive job in carrying out similar work as Dolan.
Dolan’s nod to the old school researchers is definitely a classy gesture, and shows the nature of the man and the respect he shows those in his field.
If you want credibility, a thoughtful, cogent examination of an issue that has plagued us at least – at minimum – for the last few decades and will continue to affect us thorough the rest of our history, this book is definitely for you.
Everyone should read this book. Regardless of what you believe, it should be your civic duty and responsibility to be informed in this groundbreaking and thought-provoking issue, because eventually we will face it head on, whether the comptrollers want us or not.

Where does all this lead?
To the Sonora Aero Club, which was:
A secretive group primarily of and led by German immigrants, with a few Italians, who [according to Dellschau] designed, built and flew small rudimentary contraptions which they called ‘Aeros’ in the rural expanse west of Yosemite, California, in the 1850s…All under the watchful eye of ‘NYMZA’ [NLMZa].
Notably pointed out by Bosley is the fact that we only know about NYMZA through this character, Dellschau and his testimony. Dellschau himself refers to other groups in the United States as pointed out by the presenter.

After being deep within his criminal life, ‘Butch Cassidy’ “decided he wanted amnesty…He goes to governor Wells of Utah to discuss amnesty. Wells tells him that he really needs to go talk to the man he’s been stealing the most from, E.H. Harriman. At the same time, in the same period, we know that Harriman was interested in offering ‘Butch Cassidy’ amnesty…Here we have in 1899 the most famous train robber wanting amnesty, and here we have the guy that can grant it to him, wanting to give it to him. But you talk to any western historian and they’ll stomp their foot and they’ll tell you “Nope! – didn’t happen!”..and they’ll insist on that. When you look deeper at the facts that doesn’t make sense…Because a funny thing happens…after this period that we are told ‘no meeting between Harriman and Butch Cassidy took place.
The Arrangement
“In 1901, Parker, Longabaugh and Etta Place go to Argentina and with great ease purchase 15,00 acre of choice land in Cholila – 190 km/118 miles south of San Carlos De Bariloch – Future Nazi refuge…”
“Its interesting ” Bosley continues. After Butch Cassidy expressed the desire for amnesty, the gang only robbed a Union Pacific train one more time. They never touched another UP train again. They would go on heists or robberies and the law would be there already; they would find a posse coming around the corner; they would get in shoot outs; and what’s further interesting about that is that increasingly Butch even though he would design the heist and plan it, he would not go with them. He would send the gang to go do it and disaster would happen.” Bosley further elaborates that Butch Cassidy “was never known to have killed anybody. Neither was Sundance Kid.” [Emphasis added]
Bosley further postulates about the fact that based on his experience, since Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid never shot anybody, those surely seem like the markings of an undercover operative.

Honing in on three of the pivotal characters within this topic, Bosley further elucidates “In my opinion the story of these three [Butch, Sundance Kid, Etta Place] has not been completely been told. She herself, the evidence suggest to me was neither Sundance’s girlfriend or wife. She was a secular nun, who was co-opted by the US Secret Service. There’s something you never know about Etta Place!´ I think she lies today buried under a different name where she was murdered probably by foreign agents in San Bernardino California in 1915. But that’s another story...These three established this ranch future Nazi refuge territory.” [Emphasis added.]
