Jim Marrs is an author, world-renown researcher, and investigator of over 30 years. It really was great getting to meet him at the Secret Space Program Conference in Bastrop Texas last year.
Some of Marrs’ most notable books include:
The Rise Of The Fourth Reich – The Secret Societies That Threaten To Take Over America
Population Control
Ruled By Secrecy – The Secret History That Connects The Trilateral Commission, The Freemasons & The Great Pyramids
Alien Agenda – Investigating The Extraterrestrial Presence Among Us
Our Occulted History
Marrs begins by mentioning the people that have come out and spoken to him – insider sources that have told him that there are in fact extraterrestrials known to us, and the fact that there is secret technology unknown to the public. Some of you may know that, some of you may not. But there is a lot of evidence for some sort of cover up, which is why Marrs is someone worth listening too, since he tackles many aspects of this multi-faceted cover up rather methodically.
Some of these credible individuals that Marrs has interviewed over the years include Dr. Edward Teller, Col. Phillip Corso [author of The Day After Roswell], Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Msg. Bob Dean [he was the highest ranking NCO in NATO, and was able to read briefings about space crafts, aliens], Josef F. Blumrich & Dr. Bruce Maccabee [author of FBI-CIA-UFO Connection – The Hidden UFO Activities Of USA Intelligence Agencies].
The presenter proceeds to give a cursory chat on the Nazis and the rise of the 4th Reich.
Marrs also touches upon Mind Control, The Banksters, The Russians, and how this all couples to the secret space program.
From there, Marrs begins to cover the above points regarding Bill Pawelec at length.
The presenter covers how the government ordered 2 billion microchips [for tracking] and knows they produced them. Where did those microchips go?
The next person Marrs covers is Boyd Bushman.
Bushman’s specialty was anti-gravity. Youtube videos feature him talking about this most abstruse subject.
Next whistleblower is Richard J. Theilmann.
Marrs covers the pros and cons about his testimony and finds him credible after extensive talks. He also covers the aspect of his potential of him being sheep dipped.
The following information is touched upon:
From there, the LA raid is covered by Marrs. He also touches upon the War of the Worlds broadcast, and what ensued due to the dramatization of H.G. Wells’ novel.
Marrs proceeds to cover information pertaining to Vance Davis:
Proceeding from there, Marrs then moves onto Remote Viewing Aliens.
“This goes back to the early 70s, where there was a book published that was quite successful called Psychic Discoveries Behind The Iron Curtain. The authors pointed out that the soviets were making headway in experimentation with psychic ability. In the halls of the pentagon, a cigar-stomping general said ‘That’s a bunch of BS! That’s not real! But hey, if the commies are doing it, we gotta do it too. You can’t let him get ahead.” This brought the psychic race.
Marrs details that CIA involvement quickly followed to have psychic viewing experiments conducted. That led to Stanford Research Institute [SRI] to be brought forth. Russel Targ and Dr. Harold Puthoff [below] became part of this:
“They began to work and experiment with remote viewing and they found much to their surprise that it actually works” Marrs says. He continues, “Then it became an official unit within the United States Army, again, under the Intelligence and Security Command at Fort Meade, MD.”
Subsequent to that, a Chronology of the Remote Viewing Information is shown by Marrs:
Marrs expounds quite profoundly, “One thing they found is that each and every one of us has this ability…Of course, saying that we all have the ability to use Remote Viewing would be like me pointing to each of you and saying you have the ability to play Mozart on the piano.” Marrs mentions that some have this ability naturally, and some have to work at it harder.
“Second thing they found that is truly wild,” Marrs continues “is that remote viewing is not limited by time, or space. They can look back in time, they can look forward in time. I gotta mention this because its quite hopeful. When the Remote Viewers go back in time, everything’s there, the buildings, the people, this, that and the other thing.” Marrs continues to expound upon this a bit. He goes to mentoin that the immediate future is visible, but the father one goes ahead, the more distorted and less concrete things become. “The more blurry it gets. Which I find this encouraging because this tells me that the future may be a predetermined course but it’s not etched in stone. We can still change the future by our actions today. Keep that in mind.” [Emphasis added.]
Also, “they can go into [remote view] space.” Marrs then mentions how Ingo Swann, renown Remote Viewer of his time, wound up remote viewing Saturn and mentioned details of it had a ring around it like Jupiter. “Of course the scientists of the time, they didn’t know…10 years later they sent Voyager out there, which went to Jupiter…and lo and behold, everything that Ingo said turned out to be 100% true. Again, more evidence that remote viewing is real.” [Emphasis added]
Cautioning a bit, Marrs talks about “how the Government doesn’t want you to know this. They try to poo-poo this, they even put out this movie ‘The Men Who Stare At Goats’ where they took a few of the more extreme examples of the things they were doing to try and see what would work, and make it look like it’s all a big joke, but it’s not.”
Marrs followed with a picture of the best Remote Viewers the Army had at the time.
From here, Marrs follows by mentioning a tidbit about there being a “War In the Ether” where the remote viewers from the USA ran into the remote viewers from Russia.
Marrs proceeds to tell an interesting fact about “Bucky Balls”, which were things that at times would come down and knock out technology that human beings were attempting to put into space.
The presenter talks about how the establishment “lost” many things in space to these ‘things’ out there.
Then, in an incisive way, Marrs hones in on an incident in which a “Bucky Ball” might have been involved.
As Space News reported in August 1993: “But in a strange twist, Stirling said he was being told that the Air Force video of the launch shows an unidentified object apparently striking the Titan at an altitude of about 110,000 feet, shortly before the rocket blew up.” [Emphasis added]
Marrs then ruminates, “Is this a confirmation of the Bucky ball or whatever?”
Following with another strange event, Marrs covers the Chelyabinks meteor, which exploded while en route to earth. As Marrs notes from the video, “something appears to come out and strike this meteor before it can hit the Earth and cause damage. Can you imagine the type of damage a meteor of that size would have caused?”
“Are we still being looked at? Is this the Secret Space Program defending us? Is this the UFOs trying to take care of us? What’s this a missile, or maybe a Bucky ball?” Marrs queries.”
One highly and intriguing noteworthy event that took place involved Psychic Pat Price. Marrs mentions that Price “turned out to be one of the best Remote Viewers [the Army] had at that time.” Price reportedly found four alien bases on Earth in:
Mount Perdido in the Pyrenees
Mount Inyangani in Zimbabwe
Mount Ziel in Australia
Mount Hayes in Alaska
From here, not long after that, it was confirmed that there was in fat “Four ‘Alien’ bases on Planet Earth”.
Noting another peculiar event, Marrs mentions how the Mars Observer was, which was lost in August 1995 as it was about to enter the orbit of Mars, and again they said ‘they lost it’.
Marrs asked a remote viewer that was ‘in the know’ what happened to the Mars Observer, and they replied “The same thing that brought down Phobos II got the Mars observer”. In both cases the remote viewers said that “a cylindrical saucer-shaped object rose off the surface of Mars went out, scanned it..and they said that they got did not get the impression that this thing was hostile.” However, both times, right after that, the satellites quit working, and was destroyed going down to Mars.
A drawing of the object that rose from Mars follows:
“Was there any feedback?” about the event, Mars asks. He proceeds to say “in recent years Soviet Cosmonaut Col Marina Popovich came to the United States…and in one news conference held up what she said was the last photograph taken from the Phobos 2 before they lost contact with that. You can see for yourself the similarities between the object that Phobos 2 photographed and the object that the remote viewers viewed. ”
Marrs thence talks about the Aztec New Mexico UFO Crash of March 25, 1948. The account is as followed in the next slides pointing out details of the entire ordeal:
Marrs follows with some drawings of UFOs by remote viewers
In the top picture, the below part is photographs Marrs got from NASA.
After that Marrs proceeds to talk about some of the more notable alien races mentioned by Remote Viewers, such as the short grays, tall grays, the Nordics, the reptilians and the insect types. “Let me point out that while these people were trained and operation as US Army Intelligence officers, they were never ever officially tasked to go look at UFOs or to look at aliens.”
A few of the military remote viewers in their own time wound up attempting to remote view where the ‘Aliens’ were coming from, and Mel Riley said in 1988:
“I find myself moving up an inclined causeway with a rough, stone walls on both sides…at the end of the causeway is a long, dimly-lit rectangular corridor constructed of smooth, dressed stone on all sides.”
The drawing above is what Riley claims to have seen as the place of origin.
Riley said of the above place:
“In my Book, Alien Agenda” Marrs continues “when I very quickly talked about remote viewing and then I myself got about 11 remote viewers and i contracted with them to do a remote study on aliens. And this is where a lot of this information came from. Several of them said that this place where Mel Riley was describing is on a distant world and they drew drawings of what they saw.”
Subsequent now is what Marrs says is “…two separate viewings of the that’s supposed to be the world where this alien city exists. And as you can see there’s some differences but there is also a lot of similarities, which tells me they were actually looking at the same thing. It’s just how we all view things a little bit differently.”
What follows is “two separate viewers showing the city on this world and as you can see obviously they are looking at the same thing and they both have the tower with the red stripe at the top. And here they have a tower with a red stripe at the top. And here they have water…and they have the buildings on either side. Anyway, again, this is very persuasive evidence that these two separate viewers working from a number are looking at the same place.”
Marrs thence finalizes his presentation by telling a story of what he believes might be a Roswell Alien ghost. He touches upon this at length. All in all, the entire presentation by Marrs flowed quite well. The way that Marrs covered the Remote Viewing component of this hidden establishment – although much of it is in the public record, although unknown – is rather refreshing given the amount of credible individuals who have been involved in many public Military Remote Viewing Programs.
Programs such as Project STARGATE have been written about in detail in various books, and are noteworthy given how serious the information was studied, and used by the military [and probably still is].
In any case, if you wish to know more about Remote Viewing, please read Marrs’ Psi Spies – The True Story Of America’s Psichic Warfare Program. It contains in great detail about this abstruse subject, and connects it to other parts of the establishment in ways most people know about, or even ponder.
