Ban all the things, and when we all live in padded prison cells, we will be safe from terrorists!
That is the plan. Because access to information is really the problem, according to the British government. As soon as people don’t have access to extremist material online, all this madness will surely stop!
The Prime Minister’s official spokesman said: “The fight against terrorism and hate speech has to be a joint one. The government and security services are doing everything they can and it is clear that social media companies can and must do more.
“Social media companies have a responsibility when it comes to making sure this material is not disseminated and we have been clear repeatedly that we think that they can and must do more. We are always talking with them on how to achieve that.
“The ball is now in their court. We will see how they respond.”
How laughable that the government claims to be doing everything they can. We all know that is not true.
But even more ridiculous is attempting to put all the blame on websites that host content. With massive amount of content on Youtube, how can they be expected to police every single video? They already review 98% of flagged content within 24 hours, and also within 24 hours they usually remove content that the government asks them to take down.
It sounds like Youtube is already on board with government censorship, but the British authorities want to go further. What we need is new laws, new fines, and punishment for companies who host extremist content, they say.
Damian Collins, who heads the Culture, Media and Sport Committee, said bosses should face a new offence of failing to act to remove terrorist videos and manuals from their sites.
He was backed by former terror tsar Lord Alex Carlile who said: “We need to reinforce the attack on internet radicalisation.
If a new law is necessary to compel internet service providers to co-operate with these efforts, it must be made.”
And what about failing to remove terrorists from the country? Should government officials face a new offence for that crime?
It’s not like these terrorists are carrying out precision attacks which require training and special knowledge. They are driving cars through crowds of people. They are opening fire in public.
Videos surely can lead to extremism. The government should know, they run the media which leads to widespread support of bombing the hell out of anything that moves in the middle east. While handfuls of westerners were killed in terror attacks, hundreds of innocent Iraqis were bombed to death by America.
So governments can literally fund all the terrorism they want, but if Youtube allows a video promoting terrorism to remain on their sharing platform, they are the ones causing the extremism that leaks violently back into the west.
As governments cry about the splinter in their neighbor’s eye–how advertisements were shown next to extremist videos, saying that Youtube was profiting off of extremism–they are blind to the log in their own.
Craig said the only winner is the defense industry. “Well, it’s good business,” she said. “In the first year of the war [in Yemen], the U.S. sold $20 billion worth of arms to Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Arabia has been buying more and more weapons as a result of this war, and the same goes for the British government as well,” she said. “Really it all boils down to financial gain and that’s the greatest win really for the U.S., but it’s an extremely costly one obviously for the civilian population of Yemen.”
But no, I’m sure the real root of the issue is videos on Youtube that encourage terrorism. It has nothing to do with the defense industry profiting off of war, destroying entire regions to make a buck, jamming propaganda down the throats of westerners to garner support for war and destruction that are like games to the governments involved.
The Fix is In
Oh and how convenient that when governments are able to force Youtube to take down extremist content online, they may just have given themselves the power to regulate any free speech on the internet, whether it is truly extremist or not.
And that is what this all comes down to. The government wants control over the internet, control over what we say, and how we communicate.
The terrorists which the government supports and creates will be the excuse for government censorship and oppression of citizens under their control.
And that is why the government needs to make social media platforms the enemy. It both distracts from the government’s own role in supporting terrorism, and gives them more power to police any opposition on social media to their oppressive rule.
The people are creating their own media, and it is cutting into the government’s propaganda business.
It’s always the same: right now they will use their power of censorship against “the terrorists,” and then they will use the hammer of the law against anyone who speaks out against their murderous, oppressive policies.

For six days, Google shut down all listings for Natural News.
Google gave no rational explanation. Then, again with no comprehensible reason, Google restored Natural News.
To say this behavior was deranged would be a vast understatement.
It’s possible that the outpouring of protests after the takedown threw Google back on their heels, and they gave in.
But the game is not over. Google could go off on another witch hunt. They’ve proved they’re quite capable of it.
The Natural News debacle stems, in part, from the absurd war against “fake news.” Major media, the prime-cut purveyors of fake news, launched the war after they were left with egg on their faces in the wake of the presidential election. They had to find scapegoats. They had to explain their failure to predict the winner. They had to explain why they overtly supported Hillary Clinton throughout the campaign. They had to do something, anything, in order to deflect blame and derision.
So the Russia-Trump-WikiLeaks-fake news narrative was launched out of the crypts of the Washington Post, New York Times, and other big-time echo chambers.
Natural News was placed in the crosshairs and assailed as a pro-Trump fake news site.
We shouldn’t overlook the fact, as well, that Mike has carried out a highly successful and devastating attack on the medical cartel for years. So-called “science blogs” have been after him, hammer and tongs.
Mike writes: “After six days of being blacklisted by Google, the NaturalNews.com website has been restored to Google’s search results. The action by Google follows the largest and most vocal backlash against Google’s de-listing of any website in the history of the company [Google], and it has sparked many new discussions and debates about search engines, censorship and free speech.”
“For the record, there was never any allegation or evidence that Natural News had intentionally violated Google’s webmaster guidelines. While Google said we were being flagged for a so-called ‘sneaky mobile redirect’ on a very small number of pages in a subdomain (blogs.naturalnews.com) which were created by outside bloggers, Google went to the extraordinary step of banning the entire NaturalNews.com root domain and all its subdomains — a step that would never have been applied to CNN, Huffington Post or other popular news websites. In fact, a Natural News investigation showed that violations identified involving websites like HuffPo, Forbes and CNN did not result in the same kind of blacklisting that was applied to Natural News.” [emphasis in the original]
“Furthermore, while Google did make an effort to provide us with one URL that they said flagged this mobile redirect, to date there hasn’t been a single SEO expert or engineer who could reproduce the supposed redirect issue.” [emphasis in the original]
“Even more disturbingly, when we went to the Google product webmaster forum to ask for help identifying this issue, we were insulted, mocked and accused of lying by Google’s supporters who behaved like a pack of jackals rather than search engine professionals.”
“Through this entire process, Natural News was constantly being called a liar for failing to remove something that Google flatly refused to identify. In essence, we were charged with a ‘crime’ by Google, yet Google refused to provide any details of the crime, nor any evidence of the crime, nor any tool whereby we could reproduce Google’s claimed ‘redirect’.”
“To call this process extremely frustrating for webmasters is an understatement. I continue to believe that Natural News was targeted by Google due to the content of our speech which supports President Trump… and that the ‘sneaky mobile redirects’ issue was merely the justification used by Google to de-list the entire NaturalNews.com website. Google no doubt disagrees with this assessment and says it was just a technical issue, yet we are not aware of any other situation in which a minor technical issue on a subdomain resulted in Google blacklisting the entire ROOT domain of a major publisher, with 140,000+ pages of quality content. Natural News appears to be the only website of its size that has ever been subjected to this extreme censorship for such a minor technical issue on pages posted years ago by bloggers on a subdomain.” [emphasis in the original]
“…No one denies, for example, that Google’s top executives such as Eric Schmidt were working directly with the Hillary Clinton campaign which Natural News opposed. This has all been fully documented by Wikileaks.”
“Had Natural News been a pro-Clinton, ‘progressive’ website, I believe a minor technical glitch on some subdomain blog pages from years ago would have been given a pass. After all, the final decision to blacklist [by] Google was a human decision — called a ‘Manual Action’ by Google — which means someone at Google decided to penalize Natural News for something that was not flagged by any Google algorithm.” [emphasis in the original]
My comments:
In a world where education has become an exercise in injecting values into students’ heads, people have lost the mental capacity to distinguish between disagreement and censorship. Now, it’s “I disagree with you so I want to shut you up by any means.”
Many independent news sites decided to ignore Google’s censorship of Mike and Natural News. They, too, failed to establish a firm defense of free speech.
Some of these independent sites, knowing what Natural News has done to attack conventional medicine and the medical cartel, decided to stand back and remain silent, because they consider medical information a holy of holies. They will attack major media on many issues, but The Medical isn’t one of them. They’re afraid to explore this area, discover shocking truths, publish those truths, and then open themselves to heavy criticism.
Then, of course, there is the simple fear that Google will censor them, too. Google, the all-powerful Ministry of Truth. Big Brother.
Get this straight. Google, Facebook, and Twitter are go-to allies for major media. The biggest news operations look to these allies for help in censoring information they want to bury. It’s a joint operation.
To the casual observer, it seems that pro-Trump messages are what the Ministry wants to crush. And that’s true. But it’s only the beginning. There are vast oceans of information Big Brother wants to hide.
Oceans, however, don’t disappear.
Water runs deep. And it gets in everywhere.

Alex Jones’ infowars and Mike Adams’ naturalnews.com are both under attack.
Infowars has been dropped by its ad platform, which spreads ads for infowars products to many, many media outlets. Last year, that ad operation accounted for more than $3 million in sales for infowars.
Natural news has been “delisted” by Google. Google appears to have wiped out 140,000 pages of listings for Mike’s website. I just typed in “natural news” at Google and what came up was something different, natural.news, another tiny site owned by Mike.
The Empire is striking back. This isn’t debate or discussion or even baseless accusation. This is war by attrition. And censorship.
This is part of the elite mantra: if we don’t like it, wipe it out.
If you’ve been awake for the past year, you’ve seen an escalation, along many fronts, of the so-called “Progressive” forces to censor what they don’t want to read or hear.
It’s taken a new turn. They want to take down key independent media outlets.
They want to narrow down the “information superhighway” to a one-lane road that runs directly into their headquarters, where all the big-time fake news is dispensed, every day, to the hypnotized masses.
Don’t let them win. At the very least, take the independent news you judge is vitally important and spread it out far and wide.
Finally, for now, a message to those individuals who, by work and sweat and intelligence, by their own efforts, have built and created independent news sites:

It seems that Barack Obama is no longer officially president, but he is the mastermind behind a large, well-funded effort to operate a “shadow” government whose primary goals are a) undermining President Donald Trump, and b) preserving Obama’s awful, job-killing, freedom-smothering Alt-Left agenda.
There are many fronts in this war to delegitimize Trump, and that includes battles to silence the alternative media networks and outlets that have consistently come to the president’s defense with truthful, honest reporting that the discredited establishment media is incapable of. And these battles will begin with several organizations that were part of that Obama “legacy,” built over the final years he spent in office, with the singular goal of ensuring Trump fails and his Marxist far-Left agenda survives and moves forward.
As The National Sentinel reported last week, the operation was exposed by Hoover Institute media fellow, author and investigative journalist Paul Sperry, who said Obama has issued orders to his “troops” to swing into action:
When former President Barack Obama said he was “heartened” by anti-Trump protests, he was sending a message of approval to his troops. Troops? Yes, Obama has an army of agitators — numbering more than 30,000 — who will fight his Republican successor at every turn of his historic presidency. And Obama will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House.
Sperry, writing in the New York Post, said that Obama was working to establish what will essentially be a shadow government to ensure that Trump’s “American First” agenda is thwarted (and this guy was an American president?).
He’s doing it through a network of leftist nonprofits led by Organizing for Action. Normally you’d expect an organization set up to support a politician and his agenda to close up shop after that candidate leaves office, but not Obama’s OFA. Rather, it’s gearing up for battle, with a growing war chest and more than 250 offices across the country.
One of these groups is Media Matters, an out-there far-Left media ‘watchdog’ organization run by David Brock that is gearing up to spend millions to wage war on the truth, the American people who believe in Trump and support him, and the system of government that has held our country together for more than two centuries.
Revealed in this confidential memo, Media Matters’ master plan is called, “Democracy Matters, Strategic Plan for Action,” and it involves:
— Attack the alternative media (including Natural News’ founder/editor Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, who was threatened with reputation destruction just last week) in a relentless attempt to discredit us as “right-wing propagandists”
— Specifically, the Alt-Left group pledges to “weaponize our research products to understand and take action against the changing media ecosystem and the extremists seeking to manipulate it…. Key alt-right figures will lose credibility and influence in response to our research and pressure”
— Use social media to assault conservative voices and reputations while defending and promoting big government, authoritarianism pushed by the Democratic Party
In order to pull this off, Media Matters has assembled a budget of $13.4 million to hire 34 people to research Trump supporters in the media and elsewhere and attack them. (RELATED: Trump Calls Out Press For Sabotaging His Efforts To Improve Relations With Russia)
Liberty-minded independent media are already well aware of what we’re up against.
“Several intelligence insiders have come forward over the past few days to describe a ‘shadow government’ of Obama holdovers leaking information to derail the Trump presidency, with National Security Adviser Mike Flynn’s resignation their first great success,” reports Breitbart News.
“There are even allegations that former President Barack Obama himself is actively involved, citing his establishment of a command center in Washington and continuing involvement with activist organizations.”
Never prone to conspiracy theories, even talk radio giant Rush Limbaugh has begun to discuss the plotting and scheming of the “deep state” – the embedded federal bureaucracy that is pro-Obama, pro-big government and pro-globalism, but anti-America-first and definitely anti-Trump.
However, discrediting us won’t be as easy as Media Matters or the Obama machine think. After all, despite Hillary Clinton winning a majority of votes (thanks solely to the state of California), Trump won the vast majority of the country. Also, most Americans don’t trust the mainstream media that Media Matters will have to rely on to get its message out. And using social media is no guarantee of success, either, as conservatives also use it.
Nevertheless, the battle lines have been drawn. Trump’s election has brought together what remains of the Alt-Left. They won’t give up and they’re not going away. Neither, it seems, is the 44th president.

The new mandate is: throw off the tattered tasseled layers of horseshit.
The bottom line: we are the real movement.
We’re the people who have the job of exposing big-time mainstream news as the frauds they are.
Along the way, we’ve encountered some strange ghouls and goblins. Just to sketch in a few recent editions:
Scott Pelley (CBS) is careful to watch himself. His tendency is to shove the message down the viewer’s throat like a pro surgeon making an incision without bothering to administer an anesthetic. Pelley’s been working to correct that. He’s a high-IQ android who’s training himself to be human. It’s not going well.
Diane (formerly of ABC) “don’t cry for me, America” Sawyer wandered into sloppiness. She poured syrup on her words, as if she’d had a few cocktails before breakfast. She affected a pose of “caring too much” and “refusing to apologize for it”—“I’m suffering for humanity and I won’t cover it up.” Sniff, sniff.
Before being put out to dry for lying about being shot at in Iraq, Brian Williams (NBC) was head and shoulders above his competitors. You had to look and listen very hard to spot even a speck of confusion in his delivery. He knew exactly how to believe his act was real. He could also flick a little aw-shucks apple-pie at the viewer. Country boy who moved to the big city.
Of course, Brian is now back. His bosses let him sneak in the side door at MSNBC, the only major news channel with ratings lower than Howdy Doody reruns.
Brian just let loose with a sober reasoned criticism of “fake news sites” the other day, claiming the real news has a responsibility to shoulder the load of truth. He neglected to mention he was kicked out of the news business for spreading fake news about himself—but no problem, the past is dead, and he’s a new man thanks to the love of his family and his deep reflections on character, mission, devotion, fidelity, and shilling for his masters…
Those are a few ghouls among many.
We are in the middle of the death throes of the old guard, and we need to recognize that. They’re going away. Independent media are taking over. It’s called decentralization.
Blackouts and censorship are the only weapons they have left. And guess how they’re trying to make that happen? They’re appealing to social media—Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Google (which through its rankings is a form of social media). Amazing. Social media numbers are far higher than those of major newspapers and television news.
On the Fade to Black show (twitter: #f2b) with host Jimmy Church on Jimmy Church Radio last night (I have a regular Thursday slot, 10:30 – 11:00pm ET), I discussed the death-rattle of major media. Host Jimmy Church made an interesting point. When CNN started out as the first 24/7 all-news global network, they were the “rebels.” They were the new faces and the interlopers, and they were hell-bent on muscling into the game. (Of course, their predilection for honesty was just another con.) Eventually, they turned into the media giants they purportedly hated. And now, with their ratings in the tank, they can’t go back. They’re trapped. They can’t reinvent themselves as new kids on the block. They’re slow, they’re Clinton fellow travelers, they’re racists accusing other people of being racists, they’re basically a bunch of miscreants who—if they didn’t have their jobs—would be lucky to land gigs pumping gas in Death Valley. It’s a sight to behold.
For the most part, FOX, another upstart, became a parade of young blondes who, one after another, rose and then fell. Remembering their names was like remembering winners of the Miss America pageant. Megyn Kelly, the latest edition, thinks she’s immune from that fate. Watch out, M. A few years from now, you could become just another tired face on one of the major network’s morning gab shows, listening attentively to some tattooed teen rocker talk about the drop of his latest album, his interest in wildlife sanctuaries, and his love of brisket sandwiches from some NYC deli 300 million Americans have never heard of.
You have a choice. You can read, listen to, and watch any of a hundred thousand sites and blogs for your news, or you can attach yourself like a barnacle to the slow moving spewing ships of state/corporate media.
You can hope that the consensus status quo will hold, and reality will basically remain unchanged, or you can dump that fairy tale.
You can believe that all significant events on this planet emerge organically/randomly/accidentally, or you can investigate the concept that elite groups are steering us toward their New World, because they live for control.
You can live in a hazy gauzy dream that siphons away your energy, or you can embark on a new course of adventure that strips away the veneer and the shadows.
You can believe you are helpless before larger forces, or you can invent a different vision for yourself.
You can raise your children to be pawns, or you can inspire them with the knowledge of their own freedom and power.
You can “leave things to others,” or you can join in the fray.
You can claim you don’t know what to do, or you can figure out what to do on your own.
When I started this site in 2001, I shoved in all my chips on the idea that there were MANY individuals out there who could re-grasp their own power and figure out what to do on their own.
I haven’t moved off that premise. And I won’t.
I welcome the old layer of media reality being stripped away, because that leaves the individual in charge.
Toss that old chunk of mind control and hypnosis into the garbage and cross the threshold into a new time. The time you make.
Don’t complain, don’t explain. You’re the new elite.
Accept it.
An elite without the desire to control others. An elite based on merit. An elite based on life-force showing up when you know the future is unwritten.
Is that too much to ask?
I don’t think so. I don’t think so at all.
The game is afoot. The game is always afoot. If you can see it.
