Most health enthusiasts watch what they eat in a major way, not realizing that they may not be vigilant enough in some key areas. Are you struggling to shed those last 10 pounds? Can’t seem to get enough energy for a good workout at the gym? Too tired before and after work to do much at all? Maybe the secret lies in the need for healthy food across the board, not just when considering the main courses you consume and the beverages of which you partake.
Those little “extras” are greatly underestimated in their power to bring you down, slow you down and actually minimize your potential. That’s right: the “man” sneaks poisons into just about anything he can, so when you overlook condiments and don’t “sweat the small stuff,” it just may be what’s sweating you. Maybe your mustard and fermented soy sauce are okay, but there’s a swath of toxic toppings you probably think don’t make up enough of what you consume to make a difference. Except … they do.
Do you ever watch videos where the speakers are raw foodists, or health “fanatics,” or just nutritional experts, and they seem to have a relentless supply of energy, a positive outlook, enthusiasm and passion for life and what they’re teaching? It’s not because they consume canola oil and soybean oil all day, and it’s certainly not because they drink water from the tap and put animal byproducts that contain hormones, antibiotics and harmful bacteria in their bodies. They’re not putting products in their bodies that have been processed, iodized, irradiated, brewed with chemicals, genetically modified or imported from China. Every little bit adds up, and you may want to evaluate everything you’re eating and drinking, including these top seven condiments that destroy health faster than most people would ever even consider.
#1. Most coffee creamers, whether liquid or powder: Liquid creamers often contain soy and carageenan, while the powders contain GMO soy, among other polluted ingredients.
#2. Artificial sweeteners: These sweet devils cause feelings of anxiety, nervousness, depression and for many others, irritable bowel syndrome.
#3. Most mayonnaise: Nearly every mayo on the shelves, including the organic options, contains pesticide-laden soybean and canola oils. It’s hard to find mayonnaise made with non-GMO sunflower oil or vegenaise. Your best bet is to follow a recipe and make your own organic mayonnaise with organic eggs, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard.
#4. Most salad dressings, including organic, contain soy and canola oils: They’re flooding the shelves lately, and they’ll absolutely ruin your healthy salad. Don’t let it happen to you. Even organic soy is bad for humans. If soy is not fermented, don’t buy it. And canola oil comes from rapeseed, which is toxic to all animals. Let it go!
#5. Sour cream (loaded with hormones and antibiotics from CAFO cows): Sour cream is dairy based, and if the cows aren’t grass fed and living outside, eating normal organic food, then they’re living in confined animal feeding operations, getting jacked up with artificial growth hormones, shot up with antibiotics and crowded together, walking around in their own feces, with infected udders that produce pus-laden milk. Talk about a condiment that will bring you down and lead to inflammation and excess mucus. Avoid non-organic sour cream at all costs.
#6. Honey: Much of the “honey” sold in America is just HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) that’s genetically modified and/or imported and processed imitation honey from China. (Look for REAL honey from local, trusted sources.)
#7. Iodized salt (irradiated and raises blood pressure): You know how you always hear, “Too much sodium causes high blood pressure?” Well, they’re talking about iodized, irradiated salt, not sea salt, which contains lots of nutritious minerals. Avoid the white salt that’s in just about every shaker at every restaurant in America. Bring your own Himalayan sea salt with you when you go out to eat, and pop your own organic popcorn (with sea salt) and bag it for the movies!
A condiment is any sauce or spice that’s added to food in order to impart a certain flavor, or to enhance existing flavor. In some cultures, condiments complement the dish. The term originally described preserved or pickled foods, but the meaning has shifted over the years. Nearly every condiment at a restaurant, convenience store, work office break room, fast food joint or coffee shop contains ingredients that are processed, genetically modified to contain pesticides and detrimental to your health.
Any medical doctor will tell you that you worry too much, but any nutritional expert will tell you that it all adds up, and that there’s a reason every third person in America gets cancer in their lifetime, while half of the rest suffer from Alzheimer’s, heart disease, strokes, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes and other totally preventable health issues.
Start “sweating” the small stuff. Examine all the condiments you’ve been using regularly, and switch them out for some healthy ones. You’ll notice a difference in the way you feel – guaranteed!

The first question people ask themselves when they find out they have cancer is, “How did I get it?” Yet 99 percent of those people will never figure out the answer to that question. Why? Because cancer is caused mainly by the cumulative consumption of toxins over time. If you keep consuming toxins, your oncologist can’t save you.
No knife can cut out the toxins in your blood. No amount of chemotherapy or radiation can eradicate the carcinogens invading your blood supply. In fact, chemotherapy adds to it; however, the good news is that it’s never too late to cut off cancer’s fuel by ending your chemical intake – and that includes what you eat, drink, breathe in, inject, and put on your body. No organ can be removed that ends cancer if you eat, drink, breathe and inject toxins day after day after day. Cancer curing lives and breathes in cancer prevention. Don’t eat cancer and it won’t eat you. Apply broad sweeping strokes to paint your new healthy life picture. These are not one stop shopping cures – rather they are lifestyle changes that almost ensure you won’t get what every third American gets in their life – and that’s the dreaded “c” word.
1. Try to always avoid eating GMOs and processed foods whenever possible. Most “American” conventional food contains artificial ingredients, pesticides, preservatives, additives, bleach, nitrates, toxic gluten, and hydrogenated oils that cause cancer.
2. Never put personal care products on your skin, hair, lips, or nails that contain chemicals. Look for organic products that tell you specifically, on the label, they DO NOT contain parabens, coal tar dyes, talc, PEGs (polyethylene glycols), petroleum-based chemicals, phthalates, or Triclosan.
3. Never burn or spray products in your home that contain chemicals, like cheap candles and most popular air fresheners. Buy organic candles and make your own air freshener with filtered water, rubbing alcohol (as carrier), and natural essential oils for wonderful fragrances. It’s an easy formula! Now go buy a spray bottle.
4. Avoid all vaccines and flu shots, as most contain mercury, aluminum, MSG, and formaldehyde. This is no joke. Just check the CDC website. It’s scary and getting worse. So many hoax diseases out there and you can build natural immunity by eating organic food and taking herbal tinctures. Check out turmeric, oil of oregano, and garlic!
5. Never drink water from the tap, as it usually contains sodium fluoride and other people’s medications. Chemicals like bleach cause bladder cancer and pancreatic cancer. Buy a good water filter and never look back!
6. Avoid almost all white foods because they are bleached: including white bread, white pasta, white flour, white sugar, white rice except basmati)
7. Avoid artificial sweeteners – mainly aspartame, sucralose (Splenda), and sorbitol. These are known to cause irritable bowels and migraines, which are just first signs your body is rejecting them. Later comes cancer. Quit them all NOW!
8. If possible, avoid prescription medications, as most are chemical based and turn the blood acidic, enabling cancer to develop and spread easily. Big surprise, huh? Nearly every medication out there simply relieves the symptoms of toxicity temporarily. Don’t fall for the tricks MDs shell out.

First, realize that you cannot count all the times you’ve read the label on food products to check for ingredients you did not want to consume. Some people have severe allergies to nuts, dairy, gluten, MSG or aspartame – and the list goes on. Other people just want to avoid processed and synthetic ingredients that damage health, deplete energy, or simply cause headaches and stomach aches. Some folks just don’t want to get fat so they avoid sugar, saturated fats, artificial sweeteners and hydrogenated oils. But what if you found out that most depression and anxiety is caused by toxins in food, water and medications?
Wow! What if you found out that most cases of autism, Asperger’s syndrome, dementia and cancer all come from consuming pesticides and injecting mercury and aluminum into muscle tissue, over and over again?
Why don’t medical doctors talk about this? They can’t. The AMA, FDA and CDC would shut them down, and medical boards would take away their medical licenses. Why is this information never publicized in the national media? Because the sponsors sell those chemicals in their products. How long has this been going on? Answer: 100 years. The most insane part of it all is that most of the toxins are listed on the ingredients of foods, drinks and medicines, but there seems to be certain genres of these that go largely ignored, or trusted or both. Has the mass media simply brainwashed people into thinking that everything advertised on television and in newspapers is safe? We all know that fast food is horrible for your health, yet there are no ingredient lists printed on those packages – and why not? Would you even read them if there were?
It’s time to adjust your personal “radar” controls and start detecting all the poison out there. It’s easy. All you have to do is read the labels on everything that you do not read right now. Never assume anything sold in America is safe to eat, drink, put on your body or inject into it. You don’t have to be allergic to something for it to cause health detriment in the long run. Filter chemicals from your daily intake, and you filter disease and disorder from your life. It’s as simple as that.
Here are the top eight labels nobody reads, even though neurotoxic and carcinogenic agents that cause severe health damage are printed right there in plain sight!
#1. Flu shots: Influenza vaccines often contain shocking amounts of mercury (listed as thimerosal), MSG, formaldehyde (embalming fluid for the dead) and aluminum (major cause of Alzheimer’s disease).
#2. Vaccines: The MMR vaccine has been implicated as a major cause of autism, and the HPV vaccine causes girls to go into anaphylactic shock and comas. Watch out! Read the vaccine package insert ingredients and warnings and you’ll probably never consider a toxic jab of any kind again!
#3. Artificial sweeteners: Yes, they are synthetic. Watch out for aspartame, sucralose and sorbitol, the toxic trio that cause IBS, anxiety and depression.
#4. Sunscreen and suntan lotions: What better way to give yourself skin cancer than to block out the healthy vitamin D from the sun and lock in body toxins by spreading more toxins all over yourself. Watch for parabens, phthalates and petroleum!
#5. Desserts: Sure, desserts are about enjoying some sweet, delicious foods, but that doesn’t mean that sugar has to contain pesticides. Avoid GMO, artificial food dyes, artificial sweeteners and corn sugar (HFCS) at all costs. Eat organic desserts or make your own using quality ingredients.
#6. Mouthwash and toothpaste: Here is a key area where the manufacturers love to trick everybody. Watch out for toxins like fluoride, artificial sweeteners and bleach.
#7. Diet foods: Take the “die” out of your diet and never eat artificial sweeteners; they make you hungrier, anxious, depressed and fat! Imagine that. They do the exact opposite of what they are advertised to do. Read the labels.
#8. Salad dressings, including some organic ones: Yep. Organic canola and organic soy are oxymorons. No soy, unless it is fermented, should be consumed by humans. Also, canola comes from rapeseed, which is toxic to all animals – even if it’s organic. Avoid canola oil at all costs. Choose organic olive oil and organic coconut oil as your alternatives here.
Read every single label and every single ingredient on everything you consume, and filter out every chemical you can find. If you can’t eat it, it doesn’t belong on your skin, hair or nails either. You shouldn’t have to inject medicine into muscle tissue to build immunity. Immunity comes naturally from consuming organic foods, herbs and superfoods. Ask a naturopathic physician to run a hair (or urine) analysis for you to determine if you have allergies to certain ingredients or vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Nothing kills immunity and health faster than consuming pesticides, so avoid genetically modified foods at all costs.

Aluminum is a known neurotoxin, and according to Professor Christopher Exley of Keele University, aluminum-containing products are likely fueling the rise in Alzheimer’s disease.1 In an article published in the journal Frontiers in Neurology,2 he writes:
“We are all accumulating a known neurotoxin in our brain from our conception to our death. The presence of aluminium in the human brain should be a red flag alerting us all to the potential dangers of the aluminium age.
How do we know that Alzheimer’s disease is not the manifestation of chronic aluminium toxicity in humans?”

You May Be Exposed to More Aluminum Than You Think

According to CDC,5 the average adult in the US consumes about seven to nine mg of aluminum per day in food, and a lesser amount from air and water.
Approximately one percent of the aluminum you ingest orally gets absorbed into your body—the rest is moved out by your digestive tract, providing it’s functioning well. The remaining aluminum can be deposited not only in brain tissue, but also in your nerves, bone, liver, heart, spleen, and muscle.
While one percent may sound like a tiny amount, your overall toxic load will depend on the total amount of toxins you’re exposed to over time. Your diet and digestive health will also play a role in how much your body is actually able to eliminate.
Occupational Exposure to Aluminum Raises Your Risk for Alzheimer’s
One recently published case study3 found high levels of aluminum in the brain of a man who was exposed to aluminum at work for eight years. He later died from Alzheimer’s disease.
According to the authors, it’s the first case showing a direct link between Alzheimer’s disease and elevated brain aluminum following occupational exposure.4
An earlier study5 suggested that aluminum from food and drinking water may be contributing to rising Alzheimer’s rates, noting that:
“In recent years, interest in the potential role of metals in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) has grown considerably.
In particular, aluminum (Al) neurotoxicity was suggested after its discovery in the senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles that represent the principal neuropathological hallmarks of AD.
Al is omnipresent in everyday life and can enter the human body from several sources, most notably from drinking water and food consumption… [O]ther elements present in drinking water, such as fluoride, copper, zinc, or iron could also have an effect on cognitive impairment or modify any Al neurotoxicity.”
Farmers in Iceland, for example, claim their animals are being sickened by environmental fluoride contamination—some to the point of having to be euthanized. Others report higher rates of tooth damage and infertility among their livestock.
Another related study7 linked occupational exposure to aluminum to the development of pulmonary fibrosis, a condition in which scarring on your lungs make it difficult to breathe. In this case, the exposure occurred during sanding of Corian material.
All in all, it seems reasonable to conclude that the combination of aluminum, fluoride, and/or a number of other toxins can promote Alzheimer’s disease in addition to a number of other health problems.
Pesticides Can Also Wreak Havoc with Brain Function
Pesticides, for example, have also been shown to have an adverse effect on neurological function and brain health.8 In one study, farmers exposed to organochlorine insecticides had a 90 percent increased risk of depression compared to those who didn’t use them.
Exposure to fumigants increased risk of depression by 80 percent. People exposed to pesticides are also more likely to have Parkinson’s disease.
Clearly, when it comes to toxins, unless the chemical is acutely toxic, the real harm occurs when your body becomes chronically overloaded with them, and most people today are exposed to thousands and perhaps tens of thousands of different chemicals on a regular basis.
Farmers are not the only ones at risk for adverse effects from pesticide exposure. Glyphosate can be found in most processed foods in the Western diet courtesy of GE sugar beets, corn, and soy, and research shows glyphosate enhances the damaging effects of other chemical residues and toxins.
While nearly one billion pounds of glyphosate is doused on both conventional and GE crops worldwide each year, genetically engineered (GE) crops receive the heaviest amounts. Meats from animals raised in confined animal feeding operations (CAFOs) may also contain higher amounts of glyphosate residues, as GE soy is a staple of conventional livestock feed.
It’s quite crucial to understand that glyphosate contamination is systemic, meaning it is integrated into every cell of the plant, from root to tip. It’s not just an issue of topical contamination, as with many other agricultural chemicals sprayed on crops.
Normally, you need to thoroughly wash your produce to remove topical pesticide residues, but you simply cannot remove glyphosate from your produce. And neither can food and animal feed manufacturers who use GE ingredients in their products. This is part and parcel of what makes GE foods so harmful to your health.
Synergistic Poisoning from Aluminum and Glyphosate Implicated in Autism
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, a senior research scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has been instrumental in educating people about the hazards of glyphosate. In the video below, she explains how aluminum and glyphosate act together as synergistic poisons that promote autism. Based on the current trend, Dr. Seneff predicts that by 2025, half of all children born will be diagnosed with autism. Clearly, we must identify leading environmental factors contributing to this frightening trend. Lack of vitamin D caused by inadequate sun exposure is one factor. Right now in Venezuela, if you don’t support the socialist government, you don’t eat. The tyrannical government is buying up nearly all the food there and is redistributing rations only to families that show their support for the ruling political party. In America, most people believe that the mass media, including television and newspapers, print the truth about politics, sports, food and medicine, when actually nearly every report and every advertisement is scripted based on corporations that manufacture toxic food, medicine and personal care products.

Over 70,000 chemical food agents have already been approved by the FDA, and if you don’t believe it, that’s because you consume them and are experiencing severe brain fog right now. Will you be voting for Hillary, “Bride-of-Frankenfood” Clinton, in November? Chemical prescription medicine is not the answer to the chronic ills of consuming junk science food, although 200 million Americans wish and think it could be. People burn the candle at both ends, and their lives are shortened and filled with self-inflicted health misery. It’s sad but so true. People eat their way right into cancer and diabetes, and they don’t believe that 90 percent or more of the food found on grocery and supermarket shelves directly causes those preventable “diseases.”

So, without further ado, here are the top 10 ways food is being used right now as a chemical delivery system to poison the human brain for profit and political manipulation.
#1. Genetic modification or “genetic engineering” of food is a fancy, technical term for the insertion of pesticide genes from insects and foreign organisms into staple crops most Americans consume without giving a second thought to what’s really happening in their bodies – the continued creation of pesticides inside the gut, which contributes to a crippled immune system and dementia.
#2. Intentionally scripted misinformation is posted on several websites to mislead people who seek to find out what’s really in their food. Websites like GMOAnswers.com, Council for Biotechnology Information, and Genetic Literacy Project, are three of the top propaganda websites that promote poisonous food as “science-based” and beneficial for humanity. Nearly every word printed and published by these shills is a lie, and intended to poison the brains of those who seek valid food information.
#3. Junk science is the lab creation of “excitotoxins” – which are food chemicals designed to trick the taste buds and the brain into believing the body is consuming real food, with real flavoring, even though these food drugs are highly addictive and cause chronic damage to the central nervous system and brain cells. The most popular excitotoxins include monosodium glutamate (MSG) and aspartame, a.k.a. “sweet misery.”
#4. Fast food, like McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Arby’s, Taco Bell and Hardee’s, is mainly comprised of modified foods full of synthetic preservatives and artificial flavorings that poison the human brain. From GMOs and hydrogenated oils to high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) to phosphoric acid (in soda), the more fast food one consumes the dumber one gets. #7. Canola oil, even organic, is really rapeseed oil, where the poisonous acid has been diluted down to meet FDA guidelines. This is poison that breaks down and strangulates mitochondria (brain cells) and fuels neurodegeneration and brain cell death.
#8. More than 80 percent of U.S. (municipal) tap water is infested with pesticides and toxic herbicides, namely sodium fluoride and glyphosate. These poisons contribute to IQ reduction, dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

Antibiotics have been getting a lot of bad press lately – and for good reason. Besides their many harmful effects, they are vastly over-prescribed, and are leading to the evolution of deadly superbugs that can’t be killed. This is leading many people to seek out natural alternatives, and one of the best herbs that boasts antibiotic properties is oregano.
If you’ve ever wondered how people survived before modern medicine, the answers can be found growing in the world’s mountains, forests and jungles.
