Lord Blackheath Surfaces Again…But This Time It’s Not…

All of you remember Lord James of Blackheath, don’t you? Well, in case you’ve forgotten who he is, he was the British peer who, a few years ago, stood in the House of Lords and gave a most peculiar speech that cited unusual amounts of gold in the world. I wrote about his speech – which was causing something of a minor fuss on the internet at that time – in my book Covert Wars and Breakaway Civilizations. In fact, I cited much of his remarks, as Hansard reported them, in that book. The upshot of Lord Blackheath’s remarks was that he was trying to get to the bottom of how much gold there was in the world, and as a result, contacted acquaintances in the Old Lady of Threadneedle Street (the Bank of England), and was given answers that amounted to approximately 1500 tons. There was, of course, much more to Lord Blackheath’s remarks than just that, but that was one of the things that grabbed my attention, for at around the same time, the calls within Germany by Germans to audit their country’s gold reserves had reached such a pitch that the Bundesbank decided to begin the process of repratriation of Germany’s gold deposits from London, Paris, and most importantly, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Of course, I don’t for a moment assume these pressures were the only reason Germany decided to do this. If anything, they were convenient pressures, when the real reasons were probably geopolitical, and growing mistrust between Berlin on the one hand, and London and Washington on the other.

In any case, the amounts being cited by Lord Blackheath were far below even the reported amounts of just German gold allegedly on deposit in New York. And of course, Lord Blackheath himself expressed no considerable mystification at the time at not being able to get any rational approximation from his contacts.

Well, Mr. J.R. found this article and passed it along, and I regard it as so significant in terms of my “high octane speculations” about hidden systems of finance, that I absolutely have to comment on it. Here’s the article:

Lord James of Blackheath: I Helped Smuggle Children Used For Slavery And Sex

Now, much as I’d like to belabor the moral myopia of helping to smuggle children out of the United Kingdom when one suspects “something might be going on but I did it anyway,” I suspect the article itself does a decent enough job of that.

So I will pass on to my high octane speculation of the day by way of a bit more background: my friend and colleague, former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban development Catherine Austin Fitts has expressed the opinion – during an interview with Daniel Liszt, a.k.a. the “Dark Journalist” – that the western elites have always admired slavery as a system of economic privilege and control. The problem, she averred, was that the capital could not be “perfected,” after all, slaves ran away to pursue a life of freedom and their own economic self interest. Now, however, the means of “perfecting the capital” are available, as the following article suggests:

Wisconsin Company to Implant Microchips in Employees

Most of us, I’m quite certain, who read the second article will have a “John of Patmos moment” contemplating the dire implications of that development.

But if one is running covert human trafficking rings – whether for child sex slavery, adult sex slavery, or other forms of slavery – such technology does allow one to “keep track of the cargo,” i.e., to perfect the “capital.”

Which brings me chin-to-chin with my…

…High Octane Speculation of the day: For years, in several books, blogs, and interviews, I’ve maintained that there is in existence a hidden system of finance, whose basic “mechanics” is the trade in bearer securities backed by “gold”, and hence, for me, I am of the opinion that the various “bearer bond scandals” are not, in spite of all official protestations to the contrary, easily dismissible as “simple counterfeiting scams.” We are assured – at one time even by President Obama himself – that the “securitiesrecovered during these scandals are completely fake, and that there is absolutely nothing to it. Yet, the same scam is run repeatedly, over and over. As I’ve observed several times: “one does not counterfeit a seven dollar bill.” In other words, even if the “securities” recovered during these scandals are fakes, no counterfeiter would attempt to run the same scam over and over again, unless there was an element of truth lurking somewhere in the center of it. The fact that many of these “securities” are “gold-backed” bearer bonds, takes us back once again to lord Blackheath’s mystification a few years ago on the floor of the House of Lords, as recorded in Hansard’s. My argument then was, in order to make a hidden system of finance work, and remain off the books, one key mechanism was the physical movement of such “securities.”

Further research, however, revealed something else, namely, that the term “gold” often functioned as a codename for drugs, and given the overwhelming size of the underground drug economy as a proportion of the financial system, I also concluded that the “gold” backing these “securities” may not have been exclusively actual bullion, but drugs.

In recent years, however, we’ve seen an increase of stories about human trafficking and sex-slavery rings, involving every demographic from little children to Siamese women. The extent of these stories has touched every continent, implying that there are world-wide networks involved in this “business,” which, given its vast extent, must also comprise an underground economy of considerable size. The Taken series of movies with Irish actor Liam Neeson explores this brutal system in fictional guise. The political purpose of such networks is, of course, rather obvious, for it entangles the rich and politically powerful in compromising activity, which create what Catherine Fitts has described as “control files” to blackmail compliance. With this possibility, one is looking at the implication that such rings are deeply and intimately entangled with the “deep state” and various intelligence agencies, and thus, with my hypothesized hidden system of finance.

Which brings me back to Lord Blackheath, and a final, new, speculation. What if “gold” is code not only for “drugs,” but for human “cargo” and “capital”, as part of this enormous network? In other words, what if slavery itself is a crucial component of this hidden system of finance? Need laborers to help build all those underground secret installations? If that sounds far-fetched, don’t forget that there’s precedent: the Nazis did it, and incidentally, they did it within an economic empire being run by the SS, where every unfortunate victim was tagged, tattooed, and numbered as the “capital assets” of the system.

Such a speculation goes a long way, for example, to explain the difficulties facing Vatican bank reform attempts, for if my speculation be true, then that bank would be intimately connected to these “financial activities,” and hence, attempts to deal with clergy scandal abuses and Vatican financial reform are not two separate issues, but intimately connected. Just recently, George

Cardinal Pell, who was tasked by Pope Francis to oversee the Vatican budget, has returned to Australia to answer sexual abuse charges.

However, if what I am proposing is true, then the extent of this human trafficking-finance ring will not be confined solely or exclusively to the Vatican: it will be intimately entwined with other large financial institutions. The Vatican might just end up being the (convenient) patsy. The hypothesis might even go a long way to explain one possible reason behind all the mysterious banker deaths and “suicides” of the past few years.

See you on the flip side..

A Perspective On Ambassador Churkin’s Death From Sputnik…

February 25, 2017

Last Thursday during my News and Views from the Nefarium I pointed out that others are beginning to pick up on the “pattern” that seems to be emerging with the deaths of highly placed Russian officials or ambassadors. I suggested that we were looking at a full scale “mafia” war taking place, with one “family” taking out the “soldiers”, in this case, diplomats and other highly placed officials, of the other. Citing an article of Adam Garrie that appeared on the website Global Research, I pointed out that this site, while not officially tied to the Russian government nor any of its media organs, does take a more or less consistent pro-Russian point of view. Because it appeared on such a site, I suggested that if Russia suspected a pattern to these deaths, it would signal this via its official organs, and that, if the activity continued, a response would eventually be made.

As I’ve said on many occasions, two can play the covert operations game. I suggested, however, that this response would come in the form of highlighting western covert operations activities.

Well… no sooner said than done, for in this week’s pile of emails, I found the following stories shared by Mr. D.S.M. First, there was a short message of condolences to Mr. Churkin’s family and to the Russian government from President Trump:

Trump Administration Issues Statement On Death Of Russia’s UN Ambassador

However, a much more thought-provoking article appeared in Russia’s Sputnik online magazine, indicating that Mr. Churkin had apparently, as early as 2015, been involved in the investigation of – sit down for this one – human organ trafficking rings in Kosovo:

Russian UN Envoy Slams Delays in Kosovo Organ Trafficking Investigation

I cite almost the entirety of the Sputnik article:

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Last month, the West urged Kosovo to create a court to look into the matter after the allegations of organ harvesting were first mentioned in a 2010 report to the Council of Europe.

According to the document, perpetrators killed Serb captives to remove and sell their organs during the war.

“There have been delays in establishing the Special Court to investigate the crime carried out by the KLA including the trade in human organs,” Churkin said.

Now it does not take much “high octane speculation” nor “high octane imagination” to see how this connection might spill over into a whole range of connections to similar brewing and simmering scandals in the news, such as child trafficking, Pizzagate, sex trafficking, human trafficking, organ harvesting, abortion mills… you name it. If indeed Mr. Churkin was mentioning such things in 2015, then it was with the knowledge and perhaps even the instruction of the Russian government itself. This implies, in its turn, that the Russian government was investigating such things on an international scale.

If this “reading between the lines” is correct, then Russia was sending messages via its principal ambassador to the world’s principal international body, the U.N., and doing so prior to the current scandals concerning such things that have emerged in the American, Canadian, British, and other western press. One is thus tempted to view Churkin’s death with an even more jaundiced eye, and to suspect that perhaps his untimely death was engineered as a warning by those parties conducting such activities for the Russians to “back off,” which, of course, I highly doubt they will do.

Within this context, it is perhaps significant that one of the Presidential Executive Orders which was issued by President Trump shortly after the confirmation of Mr. Sessions to the post of Attorney General, explicitly mentions international human trafficking in its main text:

Presidential Executive Order on Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking

Interestingly enough, as all of this is occurring, many members sent me the following story in which it appears the Russian government is officially getting into the “infowars” game, and specifically labeling various articles in the Western press as “Fake News”:

Examples of publications, retranslating false information about Russia

As the reader will have noted, this is the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Surprisingly, the following article links to a Santa Monica Observer article which the Russian website says is “Fake News”:

Vitaly Churkin is 5th Suspicious Death of Russian Diplomat in 3 months

However, one wonders exactly why the Russian government has so labeled the article: is it because it raises the question of the pattern of deaths of high Russian officials? Or is it because of something else? Personally, I find this suspicious, because as I pointed out in last Thursday’s News and Views from the Nefarium, the same pattern was discussed on the Global Research website, which, again, while not being an official media organ of the Russian government, does have a consistent pro-Russian point of view. All one is told on the Foreign Ministry website is that the Santa Monica Observer article “puts forward information that does not correspond to reality.” One is left to guess what this information is, according to the Foreign Ministry.

I suspect, however, that here as elsewhere, one must parse the statement carefully: “information” would imply that there are details within the article that the Russian government disputes. But perhaps what is not being disputed is the overall pattern itself.

Whatever one may suspect here, three things seem clear: (1) Churkin appeared to be familiar with Russian government investigations of human trafficking organizations and, as a diplomat, would have had the sanction of his government to raise the issue in the context of Kosovo; (2) the people running such organizations would therefore have a motive to remove him; and (3) the Trump administration itself, per its executive order, has explicitly stated that such organizations exist and that said organizations are international in extent and organization. In this context, it would seem that the Russian government, in qualifying the Churkin article as “Fake News” and stating that it contains “information” not corresponding to “reality” might be referring to the tangential details concerning Churkin’s love life and the places and circumstances of his death. For the moment, we don’t know. But for the moment, there is I would aver a larger context from which the event might be viewed, and that is the whole emerging issue of human trafficking and the international organizations conducting it.

See you on the flip side…

Arrests In US Of Sex Trafficking Ring Leaders

October 18, 2016

Over the years I’ve occasionally blogged, or talked about during interviews, the curious cases that have emerged from time to time about child sex rings and human trafficking- slavery – rings. we’ve seen a variety of seemingly disconnected stories in this regard, beginning with the infamous Franklin scandal from the late 1980s and early 1990s, how that scandal went all the way into the very highest echelons of politics, to the Saville scandal in the United Kingdom, a scandal implicating the government of the late Edward Heath, and more recently the Pennsylvania State scandal. Along the way, there were other lesser-known incidents, the Finders’ group, researched by former and now late FBI special agent Ted Gunderson, and so on. And of course, percolating and swirling in the background were numerous stories about child sex abuse and pedophilia in the Roman Catholic Church, and occasionally, other churches.

I’ve occasionally indicated that I believe these incidents are really the isolated tips of an iceberg that in fact is one connected entity beneath the surface, and that this activity is possibly connected to other types of equally execrable activities as well. But there so far seems to have been little in the public domain to confirm these suspicions.

But this story was sent by Mr. T.M., and I suspect it has some hidden implications, which we’ll explore in a moment in our high octane speculation of the day. For the moment, however, here is the story:

Arrests in Thailand-US sex trafficking ring

One gets a measure of the extent of the organization behind such activity, and of the truly tragic and execrable treatment of the victims swept up into it, with these paragraphs from the beginning of the article:

About a dozen people were arrested in cities across the U.S. on Tuesday for running what authorities called a sophisticated sex trafficking operation in which hundreds of women were brought from Thailand to America under fraudulent visas and forced to work as prostitutes to pay off tens of thousands of dollars in bondage debts.

The women — including one who was forced to have sex with strangers for 12 hours a day, six or seven days a week— were not allowed to move about freely and were “effectively modern day sex slaves,” according to a redacted indictment unsealed Tuesday.

The arrests, along with the recent arrest of the organization’s boss in Belgium, will effectively dismantle the operation, said Alex Khu, special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Minneapolis.

“We feel pretty confident that based on the number of important-position folks we are taking down, we’ll really hurt this organization,” he said in an interview with The Associated Press in advance of an official announcement about the arrests. “It will take down this ring.”

Tuesday’s indictment charges 17 people with various counts, including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, conspiracy to commit forced labour , conspiracy to engage in money laundering and conspiracy to commit visa fraud. About a dozen people were arrested in the Minneapolis area, Chicago, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

Khu said his office began investigating a sex trafficking case in the Twin Cities in January 2014 and discovered it was part of an international ring and “a very sophisticated, complex network operating throughout the United States … where women are really placed on a circuit, travelling from one city to the next.”

According to the indictment, since 2009, hundreds of women were brought from Bangkok, Thailand, to several U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Washington and Dallas. The women were from poor backgrounds, spoke little English and were lured with promises of a better life.

The operation’s bosses or traffickers in Thailand entered the women into a bondage debt “contract” in exchange for a visa and travel to the U.S. As part of the contract, the women would owe a debt ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 and would be “owned” by the organization until that debt was repaid.

While the Department of Homeland Security is hardly one of my favorite departments of the government, one can only give them kuddos for putting an end to this horrendous organization. Hopefully, the unfortunate women who were so brutalized and victimized will be given some sort of medical review and assistance.

What I want to concentrate on here, however, are my usual high octane speculations, or perhaps in this case it is better to qualify them as horrifying speculations. There are a number of things to note from the Yahoo article:

(1) The organization was genuinely international in extent, from Belgium, to Thailand, and the USA, and the USA component was spread across the country;

(2) a number of people were in “important positions,” and presumably this means in government, for in order to make such a scheme work, penetration into various government agencies would be essential;

(3) the organization obtained fraudulent visas, which again implies not only penetration into government agencies, but access to, or acquisition of, the proper forms and specialized paper on which such forms are printed, in other words, it implies a sophisticated ability to forge official documents;

(4) such “important positions” would also comprise compromised agents at ports of entry to the USA, where…
