Does Your Energy Increase Or Decrease?

As time passes, as your age expressed as a number goes up, it turns out there are more and more excuses you can give yourself for having less energy.

This is rather fascinating, if you step back far enough to think about it.

There is a direct connection between the draining away of energy and the acceptance of excuses.

“Yes, this is a good excuse. And that one over there—that’s sensational. And here’s another one—I never thought of that before. Beautiful.”

Then there is the national and world “situation.” As chaos grows…that’s also an excuse for having less energy.

If you want to define abundance in terms of excuses, people are quite, quite wealthy. Perhaps, some day, the government will pay cash for each and every excuse.

Of course, doing what you really want to do in life causes energy to spring up out of nowhere. Tons of it.

So…it’s handy to have a few prime-cut excuses for not doing what you want to do—if you want less energy.

I’ve never been fond of the typical stories about ET aliens, about who they are and what they want. For example, I’d like to see a race that has marvelous amounts of personal energy. They would look at Earth and dub it the Planet of Excuses.

This race would have a genius inventor who finds a way to capture the energy contained in excuses and run it through electrical grids. Voila, Earth has enough electrical power to send into every city, town, and village from the North to South Pole.

Imagination happens to be the trigger for uncountable Niagaras of energy. At some point early in their lives, every inhabitant of Earth knows that. Knows it as clearly as he/she knows the sun is coming up every day.

But then the amnesia of “maturity” sets in.

In any large society, there comes a tipping point, when enough individuals are experiencing an abundance of self-made excuses and a significant overall lessening of energy…and at that point, a new consensus is reached: the main energies are going to be supplied by machines. People can’t do it. Machines are going to have to take over.

We’re getting there.

The Malicious Myth Of A Political Savior

Just recently, a conversation between a friend and myself took place that made me ruminate slightly.

After some deliberation, a curious question came to my mind: why do people wait for major change to come via the political process every 4 years, instead of attempting to become the catalyst for change themselves?

Its easy to hand of responsibility for the worlds ills to others.  After all, not only do we grow up within a matrix model that pushes the meme that government will solve everything – while at the same time disempowering the individual – but we’re also taught that, if we just choose the right person, the right politician, the right sell out, then everything will ‘change’.  How’s that going for us?

This is not about being a republican or a democrat.  This is about individual and responsibility.

If we each took responsibility for our own actions then the world would be a better place instantly.

For example, what’s the greatest resource the system uses to bring in the worlds ills?   The people – individuals.  What do we – as individuals – provide the system?  The fuel for its endless noxious agendas.  Without individuals literally funding/fueling the corrupt system from the ground up with their time, money and resources, the system would cease to exist in its current shape and form.

Every corrupt politician, corrupt bureaucrat, corrupt corporation et al that gets money through individuals who support it by giving these corrupt pathways more energy only makes the system more corrupt, and more hungry for more of your hard work, energy and money.

Many will complain about jobs moving offshore, but will at the same time fund the very corporations doing this.

Many will complain about corporations being greedy, and yet have iphones/ipads and the latest gadgets as if that’s not part of the problem.  Talk about irony!

Many people will complain about corrupt legislation, but the second they see someone being trampled by corrupt laws or police officers do nothing to help those individuals.

Many will complain about big pharma and the rise of disease while simultaneously drinking fluoridated water, having aspartame in their food and ingesting genetically modified foods that have never been proven safe in any intergenerational studies, and are in fact banned in countless nations.

Many people will complain about others not waking up, but are quick to spew hatred when those very individuals are seeking solutions at their current level of understanding.

Where are we going as individuals and as a society?  Why can’t we see we are the ones who we have been waiting for?

Why has lack of caring, empathy and morality crept its way into nigh every crevice of our lives?  Of course, this is not for everyone, but there is a sizeable amount of people who only care about themselves and this can be seen by the rise of hyper-narcissistic behaviour that can be seen in many forms of social media.

Admittedly, this is taking place more and more with younger generations, but its seeping into older generations as well as they become coupled to the ego-centric behaviour that the media, Hollywood and social media has been pushing.

Each of us, as individuals, needs to remove our chain of support for the corrupt system in its current shape/form.

If you are really content, and truly, deep down inside, happy about the state and the world and have no care in the world, then more power to you.

However, if you want change, then ponder deeply about who has the most power in your life to bring about that change.  Ultimately it will be you.

The system just smoked an ace right by our eyes, and for many reasons, we didn’t react.

The game’s on the line, and the balls in our court.

Are we going to choke?  Or are we going to show it what we’re made of?

No more excuses.

It’s time to rise from slumber.
