The Earth has a rich history of control by vast interlocking networks of think tanks, multinational corporations, secret societies, esoteric orders, and hidden financiers all aimed at crafting society to their will and molding modern man as they see fit. And while the “conspiratorial baton” may have changed hands many times throughout history, guest Joseph Farrell has been tracking this over the course of several years and rejoins THC to help us better understand the world stage today.

Amid The Hacking Spree In The USSA, China Launches A Quantum…

Many readers here sent versions of the story that China launched the world’s first quantum communications satellite, and the timing could not have been more interesting. Indeed, in my opinion, China’s launch of this satellite must be viewed within the context of the hacking spree occurring in the USSA, with the recent hacks of the Democratic National Committee, the various groups connected to Darth Soros, and most recently, the NSA. In a (very greatly) oversimplified nutshell, quantum computing would rely on quantum states, rather than binary logic gates(with only two modes of handling information). In other words, at a minimum, rather than two states per node of information handling, there would be seven. Expand this idea to encryption, where entanglement of quantum information is used to transmit information, without the parameters of that entanglement to decrypt messages and communications, communications become virtually impossible to decode.

In a world that has seen how vulnerable the most “secure” servers are, from the DNC to Darth Soros being hacked, and now, even the NSA, such a satellite has huge implications:

China Launches First Quantum Satellite

Hack-proof? China launches world’s 1st quantum communications satellite

China Launches Quantum Satellite for Hack-Proof COmmunications

Now why am I putting this in the context of the hacking stories about which I speculated yesterday?

Well, for one thing, the nature of using quantum entanglement and other quantum information-processing technologies, as (poorly) outlined above, means that such communications are “hack proof”. But let’s put this in terms of intelligence and espionage, for as noted above, the problem posed by such technologies is that the old fashioned “signals intercept and decryption” techniques of number crunching and so on to crack the codes and communications of the enemy ala Britains’ Bletchley park “Ultra” operations in World War Two might fast be approaching its own kind of obsolescence. Without the encryption and decryption keys, cracking such communications becomes a super-computing nightmare. One might, just possibly invent some such technology and technique, but even then, the computing power would be extraordinary, and by the time an unauthorized “decrypt” was achieved, the information may no longer be timely or even possible to act upon.

Now, if one has been in the intelligence or espionage business, or for that matter, in the counter-intelligence business, the implications of this will be immediately evident, for it will mean that, contrary to the prognostications of yesteryear, HUMINT – human intelligence, i.e., actual human spies infiltrating an enemy’s intelligence and military to steal secrets, like quantum encryption and decryption keys – will become not less important, but hugely important. In the quantum communications world, they will become the sine qua non of intercept and decryption activity. This means, similarly, that the “intelligence advantage” will accrue to that nation or bloc that has (1) invested in such encryption and communications technologies while (2) not curtailing its HUMINT intelligence and counter-intelligence operatives, but rather, expanding them and targeting key agencies and corporations to access their software and encrypt-decrypt keys. For a nation behind the curve in the development of quantum communications…

This land is my land: Corporations moving to partially privatize national parks

A petition with over 200,000 signatures was delivered to the National Park Service Headquarters to oppose the proposal that would allow parks to fundraise from corporations and allow commercial advertising in such iconic places as Mount Rushmore or Yosemite. The move would also lift restrictions on naming rights. So is there a Koch National Park in our future? The past three days I’ve been watching and blogging about space stories and especially about that strange Russian “transmutation” annoncement and its possible relationship to recent space agreements between Russia and China over the details of controlling “sensitive space technologies,”  and about it’s possible relationships to the sudden geopolitical about-faces we’ve seen emerge in the past month. As I noted yesterday, the Chinese-Russian annoucement for cooperation on Moon and Mars-related space missions comes in the same approximate time-frame as that Russian announcement about transmutation, which itself was couched by the Russians themselves in at least partially space-related terms.

These is, however, something else to consider in this brewing cauldron, and that is the legal loophole of current space treaties, as outlined in this article shared by Ms. M.W., Mr. P.J., and others:

Eternal light, up for grabs Astrophysicist warns of treaty loophole

At issue are the “Eternal Peaks of Light” the ridges and peaks around the Moon’s polar regions that are bathed in endless sunlight, and which would therefore constitute viable places for the first permanent human outposts on the Moon, bases which could function to establish that presence, and then, from there, to build the infrastructure needed on the rest of the Lunar surface – the power plants and so on – needed to sustain a permanent human presence elsewhere. As Marvcin Elvis, Harvard astrophysicist, notes in the article, these peaks are thus the most precious current Lunar real estate that there is. As Elvis points out, the current treaty was hastily composed and agreed upon during the space race between the Soviet Union and the United States to land humans on the Moon and return them to Earth, and a “compromise” was reached that was neither “socialist” nor “capitalist”:

ELVIS: It was agreed upon in 1967, during the Russian-U.S. rivalry over getting to the moon. It was concluded very quickly and it was a fight between socialist principles of the Russians — keeping space common property — and the U.S. capitalist approach saying we should be able to exploit space for its resources. And they sort of sit uncomfortably together in the treaty.

So you can’t own any celestial body as it’s defined, including the moon, but you can make use of its resources. That leads to a sort of tension, but it has never mattered because it’s never actually come up as a practical issue.

So what’s the legal loophole?

Nothing prevents anyone from claiming a permanent base for “research”:

That’s a perfectly valid experiment for solar physics. You would study the low-frequency part of the radio spectrum that cannot be studied from Earth because those waves don’t get through our atmosphere. It would be permanently exposed to the sun and you can claim — because you want to do clever Fourier analysis techniques — that you need continuous coverage [by sunlight]. That’s crucial, because then you say, “This is wonderful. I’ve just set up a research station, as anyone is allowed to under the Outer Space Treaty. And I’m happy for you to come and inspect it, as is required under the Outer Space Treaty. Except you mustn’t interrupt my operations, as is required under the Outer Space Treaty, and I’ve got a bare copper wire here, so don’t bring a radio, don’t bring any electrical equipment whatsoever, because it will pick up on my wire and ruin my solar physics experiments.”

And that means you can’t visit because there is no way to get around on the moon without any electrical equipment at all. So I basically, totally legally, have effectively taken possession. In effect, I own it, because how are you going to get me out of there if you want to put up photovoltaic cells? You’re going to have to make it worth my while to roll up my copper wire. You could complain, but who are you going to complain to? There is nobody to oversee these disputes. And that’s what we’re really pointing out, that it’s time to realize that because of the highly non-uniform distribution of resources on the moon and the imminent arrival of several players, we’d better start thinking about what those mechanisms should be.

Note that what Elvis is implying is that, under the guise of doing “research” on the Moon, one might in fact be establishing de facto ownership over it, and thence be able to conduct permanent commercial enterprises.

But there’s also, to my mind, another loophole here, for one might also be able to conduct “defense research” at these sites, and thus effectively be able to establish a military presence on the Moon. Again, where commerce occurs and has to be protected, militarization and weaponization are not far behind.

However, all this said, there is something else implied here, and in my high octane speculation, I think it may be taken as the “new methodology” that appears to be emerging for that faction of the globalists who view centralization as the be-all and end-all of their goals. It’s this:

[Documentary] Esoteric Agenda

Source: Fundamental Films
June 29, 2016

“The more humanity strays from its’ origin, the more we deny our bond with nature, the farther from perfection we become. We are the only creatures on the planet that use symbols in reference to something else. This documentary shows that we use symbols for absolutely everything the mind can conceive of. There is at least one word or icon or gesture to insinuate everything our five senses can detect and then some. But along with this beautiful gift comes a flaw.

Most people are unwilling to seek and create their own interpretations of these symbols. Instead, they blindly submit to preconceived definitions and connotations given by sources unknown. Because of this, many things have been predetermined in our understanding of life without our knowledge. Words can be perverted and used to manipulate rather than to inform. Symbols can be used to segregate rather than unite. And those given the responsibility and authority to disseminate information to the public possess the ability to do with it as they choose.” Ben Stewart

There is an Esoteric Agenda behind every facet of life that was once believed to be disconnected. There is an Elite faction guiding most every Political, Economic, Social, Corporate, some Non-Governmental or even Anti-Establishment Organizations. This film uses the hard work and research of professionals in every field helping to expose this agenda put the future of this planet back into the hands of the people.

America’s Hidden Jobless Rate

Source: TheDailyBell.com
June 6, 2016

Trump … said he thinks the jobless rate is close to 20 percent and not the roughly 5 percent reported by the Labor Department. And, of course, Crudele reported, anyone who buys the 5 percent figure is a “dummy,” according to Trump. This, in a nutshell, is typical of the usual economic conspiracy theories we have discussed in the past. -Bloomberg

Good for Trump.

The jobless numbers are actually part of a much larger mainstream “conspiracy” (as Trump would put it) that goes the heart of the way economies work in 21st century America.

There are something like 100 million Americans not working, including older people and young people. That’s a fairly well accepted statistic.

These people are not counted in the “jobless” figures though in fact they may want to work.

They may be working as a matter of fact. It is impossible to tell because they probably work in the gray or black economy.

The gray or black economy in the US is very large because of invasive taxation and heavy-handed regulation.

Like much demagoguery, [Trump’s accusation] oversimplifies. This much is true: The employment data is complex. The average layperson with little or no economic background is likely to find it confusing.

It is true that many people have been unhappy with this recovery. While there are lots of boom towns and growth is strong in many industries, they are not evenly distributed throughout the country. That is the nature of slow recoveries from credit crises.

But Trump ignores these facts and goes down the path of several thoroughly debunked conspiracy theories.

The article then goes on to claim that the government provides a variety of statistics that are not widely reported.

If Trump would simply investigate more thoroughly, he would find the real data.

In fact, the editorial suggests the true rate of unemployment when everything is considered is around 10 percent.

But as we have often pointed out, the US does not even have a “real” economy.

The economy itself is distorted by judicial decisions implemented by force.

These decisions include giving corporations “corporate personhood” that allow the controllers of corporations to hide behind a legal shield.

Then there is the growth of intellectual property rights that brings the force of the state to bear on behalf of inventors.

These inventors don’t have to protect their own creations: The state will do it for them.

Finally, there is monopoly central banking. Great surges of fiat money empower the largest corporations while causing cyclical recessions and depressions.

The idea that the US – or other countries in the West – have anything approaching a free market is contradicted by these broad judicial decisions.

What would a real free-market economy look like?

It would be one where corporate leaders are personally responsible for the behavior of their companies.

And one where intellectual property rights would be enforced by individuals rather than the state – if they could be enforced at all.

It would be one that ran on private money, not fiat debt notes printed by monopoly central banks.

Allow the marketplace to function as it should rather than as the state requires, and people would likely find opportunity as they wished within far more vibrant, local circumstances.

The current system creates fabulous, multinational corporations employing hundreds of thousands too build often-useless consumer items … then laying off as “business” warrants.

In a real economy, most enterprises would be far smaller and less ambitious. Size would be achieved by partnerships not formal corporate structures. Goods and services would be more necessary and less fanciful.

Again, employment might be not be an issue given that people would be working for themselves or for local enterprises.

Conclusion: It is the force of the state that creates the overwhelming bigness of multinationals – to the detriment of smaller corporations and entrepreneurs. That’s the real employment “conspiracy”.

Leaked TTIP Papers Show Dawn Of A New Authoritarian Epoch

Source: TheDailyBell.com

Leaked papers show ‘unsurprising’ TTIP disagreements: Dutch trade minister BusinessEurope May 2, 2016    The lack of agreement between the US and Europe on a controversial trade agreement is unsurprising, Dutch trade minister Lilian Ploumen said on Monday. The minister was commenting on the leak of confidential negotiating documents relating to the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership which have been published by environmental group Greenpeace. – Dutch News

TTIP and its sister agreement TPP are not “business as usual,” as the Dutch trade minister implies (see above).

Born in secrecy, marinated in furtiveness, the trade treaties are obviously being developed for purposes other than “free trade.”

In fact, it is oxymoronic to speak of negotiated treaties of any sort as “free.”

Treaties that are negotiated over a long period of time often have adjectives like “free” attached to them. But this is only to try to make what is finalized more palatable.

In the modern era, such treaties typically advance globalism and concentrate more power in the hands of a few.

When it comes to TTIP, leaks of documents made available by Greenpeace Netherlands seem to show  TTIP could  have a negative impact on “public health, people’s rights, internet privacy and the environment.”

That’s according to RT, which posted an extensive article on TTIP several days ago.

The article is one of only a few by larger media outlets. Not surprisingly, Western media seems to have avoided writing about the leaked documents.

Here is more from RT:

The 248 pages of classified negotiation papers on The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) were released by Greenpeace Netherlands on Monday.

“This treaty is threatening to have far-reaching implications for the environment and the lives of more than 800 million citizens in the EU and US,” a Greenpeace statement says.

The TTIP is “about a huge transfer of power from people to big business,” according to the group.

Greenpeace says the papers’ authenticity is confirmed by an investigative research team consisting of Rechercheverbund NDR, WDR und Süddeutsche Zeitung media outlets.

The RT article goes into some depth. For instance, Washington is pressuring the EU to make certain concessions. DC is alleged to be “blocking European car exports into the US “to force the EU to buy more environmentally risky US farm produce.”

Greenpeace has been worried that the negotiation papers do not mention General Exceptions rules, which would allow nations to regulate trade “to protect human, animal and plant life or health” or for “the conservation of exhaustible natural resources.”

“The omission of this regulation suggests both sides are creating a regime that places profit ahead of human, animal and plant life and health,” Greenpeace says.

The media outlet Sputnik makes other points regarding the leaked papers.

[They] show that the US was blocking an EU demand that arbitration panels to handle corporate lawsuits be public not private as sought by Washington.

The documents further reveal the fact that the US has blocked the urgent European call to replace the controversial private arbitration tribunals, responsible for corporative lawsuits, with a public State model.

We’ve suggested in previous articles that these treaties are even more significant than they are being portrayed.

They are not merely an elaboration of issues regarding exports and imports, they are actually the foundation of an entirely new kind of governance.

The Gutenberg press undermined the social structure of the day. Once Bibles had been printed in non-Latin formats, people could see for themselves that the Roman Catholic Church was misrepresenting the Word of God.

The Church lost credibility and then it lost power. So did titled nobility. Once the Church was seen as institutionally corrupt, the concept of the Divinity of Kings was brought into question.

Out of the wreckage emerged the “democracy” as an alternative way of organizing social structures. The elites of the day still controlled society but did so behind the scenes.

Now in the 21st century, we grapple with information revolution that has discredited democracy as an organizing force.

Within this context, one can argue that TTIP and TPP are a good deal more ambitious than they have been portrayed.

What seems to be emerging is a social structure built around multinational corporations and an expansive and powerful mercantilism. The structures created by TTIP and TPP are intended to replace current sociopolitical configurations just as democracy “replaced” monarchial rule.

Nearly 200,000 Family Farmers Fighting Back Against TPP

US trade officials are promoting the Transpacific Trade Partnership (TPP) as an export boom for US agriculture. But National Farmers Union is standing strong against it. To explain why he thinks the TPP is a bad deal for farmers, National Farmers Union President Roger Johnson joins ‘News With Ed.’
