What is oil pulling?  Simply put, oil pulling is putting a spoonful of oil in your mouth and swishing the oil around, anywhere from a few minutes to twenty minutes.  After finishing, you then proceed to spit out the oil making sure not to swallow it.  That last part is integral, because all the toxins that leave your mouth will become part of the swished components that have seeped from your mouth after oil pulling, and you sure as heck don’t want that entering your system.

Oil pulling itself goes back a few thousand years.  In fact, it has its origins in Ayurvedic medicine in India, if not before.  Ancient Ayurvedic medical texts outlined this practice, and the practitioners found out that rinsing the mouth with vegetable oil ‘not only cleanses the mouth but restores health to the body.  In fact, this process is said to cure a few dozen system diseases.[1]

Because of those facts, Oil Pulling Therapy – Detoxifying & Healing The Body Through Oral Cleansing by Dr. Bruce Fife is a very important, and underrated book.

The reason Oil Pulling Therapy is important is because it gets at the heart of the matter regarding disease: the mouth.  Being a mirror to our bodies, if you have dismal dental health then you are undoubtedly going to experience a kaleidoscope of health problems.

Some of the conditions that are helped by oil pulling are acne, allergies, arthritis, asthma, back pain and neck pain, bad breath, bronchitis, chronic fatigue, colitis, crohn’s disease, constipation, dental cavities, dermatitis, diabetes, eczema, hypertension, hemorrhoids, insomnia, migraine headaches, mucous congestions, peptic ulcers, PMS, periodontal disease, bleeding gums, sinusitis, and tooth abscess.[2]

To continue along the same lines, an incisive passage in the book follows:

“In addition to the above-mentioned conditions, medical studies have indicated that the following can also be directly related to oral health and may respond to oil pulling therapy: Acidosis, Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome [ARDS], Athrosclerosis, Blood Disorders, Brain Abscess, Cancer, Emphysema, Gallbladder Disease, Gout, Heart Disease, Hyperglycemia, Infertility, Kidney Disease, Liver Disease, Meningitis, Nerve Disorders, Osteoporosis, Paget’s Disease, Pneumonia, Preeclampsia, Preterm/Low Birth Weight Babies, Psychotic Episodes, Stroke, Toxic Shock Syndrome, and many types of infectious disease.”[3]

Many people will instantly think, “But how is it possible that oil pulling can help so much?”  Excellent question.  As alluded to before, the mouth is the gateway to the body, and if the mouth exhibits poor dental health, so will the body.  Since the mouth is a breeding ground for all types of germs, it’s easy to see how these germs, if allowed to remain in the mouth, “can migrate to other parts of the body, cause infections, and alter body chemistry, leading the way to any number of infectious and degenerative conditions.”[4]

For me, personally, there have been quite a few benefits of oil pulling.  As someone whose oil pulled for nigh 3 years, it’s helped my health quite a bit.  Not only do my teeth feel clean, but they are also whiter. Additionally, I don’t experience the pain in my gums that used to happen in the past.  Although I can’t prove it, I do believe myself that oil pulling has also helped me tackle issues with Candida that have taken place in the past.  Furthermore, my regularly scheduled headaches went away, my gums don’t ache when biting foods and are much firmer and healthier, and also don’t experience allergies as much.

The great part about oil pulling is that it’s not only one of the most simplest methods to aid health, but also has nigh no side effects when compared to prescription drugs, which have many.  In fact, properly taken, FDA approved prescription drugs cause over 100,000 deaths yearly.  That’s certainly something you’ll never hear of coconut oil!  That’s a whole ‘nother can of worms however.

In addition, oil pulling, unlike brushing your teeth, gets into many crevices that the brush won’t get into.  This is because “brushing only reaches 60 percent of the surfaces of your teeth, leaving plague in hard-to-reach areas such as in-between teeth.”[5]

Ironically, although benefits of oil pulling go back a few thousand years, it is rarely known to most people.  That’s an intriguing conundrum, except when one realizes that modern medicine goes by the adage that for every ill there is a pill, then you start to see why oil pulling goes against the grain as the system pushes for pills, rather than lifestyle changes and as well as dietary changes.  These changes, ironically, are on par with what our ancestors did, which is why they were vastly healthier than we are as a ‘modern’ society nowadays.

All things considered, oil pulling is one of the cheapest, cost-effective, safe, and efficient ways to take control of one’s health.  Individuals of all ages can do this.   The question isn’t why SHOULD you do it, the question is, why NOT?  But don’t believe me, do your own research, and you will see the effects.

Global Media Reveals Horrific Effects On HPV Vaccine In Girls & Boys, While US ‘Health’Officials Conceal The Dangers

A human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the most common sexually transmitted disease in the U.S. affecting about 14 million people each year.

While most of these infections occur without any notable symptoms and usually go away within a day or two, some can persist for many years with cell damage as a result. If left untreated, this damage can lead to cervical cancer, which is the most common form of cancer in women under 35.

Over the years, HPV vaccines rapidly became part of the standard immunization protocol for teenagers between 13 and 26 years old. It is thought that vaccination programs can save almost half of the thousands of lives lost each year to cervical cancer.

HPV vaccines cause severe health complications worldwide

While many newspapers and television stations worldwide consistently express their concern regarding the devastating health effects linked to these controversial vaccines, the U.S. media and officials keep suspiciously silent while mass inoculations proceed.

In 2015, the Daily Express[http://www.express.co.uk] reported that 8,228 teenagers had fallen seriously ill after taking the routine cervical cancer vaccination, leaving some of them wheelchair-bound.

Jackie Fletcher, of the pressure group Jabs said: “Previously fit and healthy young girls have developed seizures or viral fatigue, some have lost the ability to walk. And years on, some have still not recovered.”

Claire Knight, Cancer Research UK’s health information manager, said: “If it were to be proven that the vaccine is linked to these illnesses in girls that would be a concern, but the vaccine has been rigorously tested in trials and shown to be safe.”

Apparently, these 8,228 adverse drug reactions do not seem to prove anything at all.

Earlier this year, the Asahi Shimbun [http://www.asahi.com/ajw/articles/AJ201603310068.html] reported that a group of young Japanese women is planning to sue the government and two drug companies over the debilitating side effects from approved HPV vaccines.

“The government in April 2013 recommended the vaccinations for sixth-graders through first-year high school students. But this recommendation was withdrawn two months later following a series of reports about serious health problems. By that time, an estimated 3.4 million women had been inoculated against cervical cancer. The ministry said it had received 2,700 reports about suspected side effects by the end of June 2015,” the newspaper reads.

Recently, the Daily Mail [http://www.dailymail.co.uk], reported on a 13-year-old girl who died after receiving a cervical cancer vaccine.

“Shazel Zaman, 13, was suffering with a severe headache, vomiting and dizziness after having the HPV vaccine and her symptoms became so severe that her family took her to Fairfield Hospital in Bury. But the family claim that a doctor dismissed her condition was linked to the cervical cancer jab and sent her home citing a stomach bug. She was found collapsed and unconscious with no pulse an hour later at her home in Bury, and died in hospital four hours later.”

While the U.S. media keeps silent, more horrific reports about HPV vaccine damages and deaths are making the headlines in well-respected international media sources. In 2015, TV2, one of Denmark’s national television stations, aired a documentary (The Vaccinated Girls – Sick and Betrayed [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GO2i-r39hok]) about the development of severe health issues after being vaccinated against HPV with Gardasil.

In Ireland, more than 200 teenagers developed “acute physical side-effects” after receiving the vaccine at their schools.

“My daughter was a very healthy, sporty outgoing active child until she received the Gardasil vaccine. Then her life changed dramatically, she started suffering from persistent pain, muscle pains, memory impairment, headaches, sore throats, joint and menstrual problems, seizures, auto immune illnesses, chronic fatigue and nose bleeds to name but a few… She said an urgent, independent and transparent investigation is needed and said the latest EMA report on Gardasil, which quotes its benefits, is flawed because many of its contributors had ‘huge ties to the pharmaceutical industry,” Susan Whitmore, from Castlebridge told Wexford People [http://www.wexfordpeople.ie].

The Japanese health ministry has previously warned against HPV vaccinations and European countries continue to re-evaluate their use. Nonetheless, U.S. ‘health’ officials keep promoting the vaccines while deliberately concealing the dangers. For many pharmaceutical companies, HPV vaccines are one of the biggest sources of their revenue. Merck reported $1.9 billion in Gardasil sales in 2015.

VIDEO: How Monsanto’s Glyphosate Attacks our Core Cellular Functions

RoundUp

Monsanto’s Round Up herbicide, containing the likely-carcinogenic glyphosate, is causing widespread mitochondrial dysfunction in cells. This is associated with a long list of degenerative disease and chronic health conditions including autism, Alzheimer’s, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson’s, and obesity.

The mitochondria of our cells complete some of the most important functions of cellular respiration. This is how our cells eat, excrete, and repair themselves. Mitochondria are like the batteries of the cell. They create metabolic energy through ATP.  If the mitochondria, well-defined cytoplasmic organelles of the cell are damaged, the cell cannot function.

As Pamela Coleman, PhD from Farm and Food Policy and an Analyst for the Cornucopia Institute has said:

“Contrary to the current widely-held misconception that glyphosate is relatively harmless to humans, the available evidence shows that glyphosate may rather be the most important factor in the development of multiple chronic diseases and conditions that have become prevalent in Westernized societies.”

Warning signs you are deficient in magnesium

Magnesium

Source: NaturalNews.com

Magnesium is a very important mineral, the second-most abundant within human cells. Some 60% of it in the human body is contained within the bones, over 25% in the muscles and the rest in soft tissue and body fluids. Learn about the important functions of this essential mineral and some warning symptoms of deficiency.

Functions

Magnesium plays a role in activating many enzymes in the body. It also plays a role in maintaining the electrical charges of cells, especially in the nerves and muscles, and in muscle contraction and relaxation. Further, this mineral is involved in cellular functions such as energy production, cellular replication, lipid synthesis and protein formation. It even contributes to bone formation, as it helps regulate calcium metabolism.

Magnesium plays a critical role in heart health, contributing to energy production and heart muscle contraction. By raising the solubility of calcium in urine, magnesium helps prevent the formation of kidney stones. Indeed, magnesium supplementation has been found to help with preventing kidney stone recurrence.

Research also suggests that dietary magnesium intake is directly linked to lung function and the severity of asthma.

Deficiency symptoms

The warning signs that one could be lacking magnesium, some of which are similar to those of potassium deficiency, include:

• heart disturbances
• issues with nerve conduction and muscle contraction
• muscle cramps and spasms
• poor coordination
• weakness
• chronic fatigue
• headaches – including migraines and tension headaches
• appetite loss
• insomnia
• cravings for sweets
• mental confusion
• irritability
• personality changes
• being easily stressed

People with low levels of magnesium are more prone to ailments such as insomnia, premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps, hair loss, swollen gums, high blood pressure, kidney stones, heart disease and even cancer.

In fact, it has been found that persons who suffered sudden and fatal heart attacks had very low magnesium levels in their hearts. When magnesium levels are low, a spasm of the coronary arteries could take place, affecting the flow of blood and oxygen to the heart — this could then trigger a heart attack.

Persons with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome are also commonly found to have low magnesium levels. In addition, women with osteoporosis have been found to have lower bone magnesium levels than those without the condition.

Deficiency causes

Due to poor food choices, with diets lacking in natural whole foods, many people do not actually consume enough magnesium.

Elderly persons, especially those with health issues, are more susceptible to magnesium deficiency. Women are also more likely to be deficient during their premenstrual period.

Factors which elevate its secretion or reduce its absorption could also lead to magnesium deficiency. These include:

• intake of too much calcium (they must be balanced)
• alcohol consumption — it has been found that as much as 60% of alcoholics have low levels of magnesium, as alcohol increases the amount of magnesium excreted in the urine. And this deficiency could be a big reason why alcoholics are more likely to suffer from cardiovascular disease.
• liver disease
• kidney disease
• diabetes
• digestive disorders like malabsorption
• use of oral contraceptives, diuretics and/or medications which deplete magnesium levels
• surgery

It should be noted that standard blood tests do not flag up magnesium deficiency until it’s already severe, often after the onset of a serious health condition. Thus, the symptoms and dietary choices would offer some clues.

Food sources

The best food sources of magnesium include kelp, dulse, molasses, buckwheat, wheat bran, wheat germ, millet, rye, tofu and nuts, including almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, peanuts, pecans and English walnuts.
