  1. i have idiopathic inflammatory orbital pseudotumor, and honestly turmeric didn’t work for me. i can tell u with my personal experience. i read about turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties and golden milk (which is just turmeric in milk). and next day may condition was way worse.
    i would suggest any remedies or natural alternatives shouldn’t be tried without your doctor’s approval.
    i am just sharing this based on my own experience, maybe it does work for others.

    1. What you say applies to everything, including prescription drugs, and not just turmeric. It has helped me personally, although I would never presume that it would help everybody. Bodies, lifestyles and choices are too different to guarantee results, even under the best circumstances. At least there are options, whether its turmeric or something else. Thanks for the comment!
