Robert F. Kennedy Jr: “The Best Thing That Could Happen To The Environment Is Free-Market Capitalism”

Crimes Against Nature: How George W. Bush and His Corporate Pals Are ...

As I was looking into what Trump will do and won’t do to preserve what’s left of the American environment, I read Robert F Kennedy Jr’s book, Crimes Against Nature.

The book not only details wholesale destruction by pollution, it offers a foundation for understanding corporate crimes.

Kennedy keeps it simple. He proclaims himself a champion of the free market—which comes as a shock, until you realize what his addendum is:

CORPORATIONS SHOULD ABSORB THE FULL COST OF MANUFACTURING THEIR PRODUCTS.

AND THAT COST INCLUDES THE HARM THEIR PRODUCTS CAUSE.

For example, if Smithfield’s giant pig farm-factories allow highly toxic open-air feces lagoons to sit in the sun and spread into the soil for miles, they should have to build sewage treatment plants at those sites to process all the waste before it escapes.

“To handle all that [pig-farm feces] waste, farmers in North Carolina use a standard practice called the lagoon and spray field system. They flush feces and urine from barns into open-air pits called lagoons, which turn the color of Pepto-Bismol when pink-colored bacteria colonize the waste. To keep the lagoons from overflowing, farmers spray liquid manure on their fields nearby. The result, says Steve Wing, an epidemiologist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is this: ‘The eastern part of North Carolina is covered with shit’.” —National Geographic, 10/30/14

Here is what Robert F Kennedy Jr. told radio interviewer, Rachel Lewis Hilburn on 6/3/16: “…a hog produces ten times the amount of fecal waste by weight as a human being, so if you have a facility that has ten thousand hogs in it, it’s producing as much sewage as a city of a hundred thousand people. Smithfield has one plant in Utah—they call it Circle Four Farms—that has a million hogs on it, so it’s producing the same amount of waste as New York City every day.”

Get it? If a corporation releases toxic excrement across the land, part of the cost of making their product (pork, bacon, sausages) is cleaning up the land. (For more on the ‘pig-farm feces’ story, click here.)

This dictum doesn’t exonerate companies from criminal prosecution, but it forces them to understand a clearer concept of the marketplace.

Pollution becomes an element of making a product. It isn’t a “mistake” whose remedy is forever fought over after the fact.

The free market is maintained. But it doesn’t absolve corporations from paying their full rightful cost.

This would redefine what it means for a company to price its products.

“Well, if we have to pay for killing a billion fish and erasing commercial fisheries, what will we sell our electric motors for? Looks like it’ll be fifty times what we’ve been charging for them. I guess we should rethink our business model…”

Of course, offering this revised notion of the free market doesn’t mean that any major corporation will accept it. But it does create a starting point for activism that doesn’t just hand over the whole issue of pollution to the government—which leads to extremism on the other side. Kennedy isn’t saying that. I am. The government wants to make thousands of rules when they have the green light to do so; and many of the rules are inhibiting and insane for businesses.

What Kennedy is proposing isn’t perfect by any means, and he knows it. There would be inherent conflicts and battles all the way along the line. But it’s a start, as I say, and it clarifies what “free market” means.

The finished product a company makes, and the cancer and brain damage and genetic disruption that ensues, are not two separate events. The second is part and parcel of the first.

Kennedy is the head of an organization called Riverkeeper, dedicated to protecting the Hudson River. He describes journeying up the River and talking with many people whose businesses and homes and families were impacted by the gross pollution in the River. Some of these people weren’t…

15,000 Cases of Arizona Child Porn: Huge Child Sex Trafficking Ring in Arizona Ahead of Superbowl

Little Girl Suffering Bullying
Source: HealthImpactNews.com
January 31, 2017

Thank you Representative Boyer for exposing these horrible crimes in Arizona.

Our question to you: how many of these children are in your state’s foster care system? Would this be happening at this scale if children were not being taken away from their biological parents at such a high rate in the State of Arizona?

by Paul Boyer
The Arizona Republic

Excerpts:

Investigators say child-pornography victims are getting younger, and the abuse is becoming more violent.

In Arizona, we know of 15,000 IP addresses (the Internet Protocol labels assigned to each computer device) belonging to people who own computers, cellphones and other electronic devices trading and downloading child porn.

A significant number of these videos and images consist of infants and young children being raped, tortured and sexually abused. Some of even include “how to” instructions on how a grown man can rape a 3-year-old and groom him or her for years of abuse.

Every one of these pictures and videos is a crime scene. But the vast majority of these leads will never be investigated, and most of these victims will not be rescued.

Paul Boyer serves Legislative District 20 (Phoenix and Glendale) in the Arizona House of Representatives.

Underage girls most at risk of being sex trafficked at Super Bowl events

SEX-TRAFFICKING-SUPER-BOWL-570

by Robert Tilford
Ground Report

Efforts underway to combat human sex trafficking in Arizona ahead of the Super bowl in Glendale  in 2015 are heating up because the sports event is one of the largest drivers of the sex-trade industry.

Unfortunately there hasn’t been much media attention on this issue, who seem more concerned over underinflated footballs than human trafficking victims.

The Super Bowl is an annual football game which is among the most-watched sports events in the world and draws tens of thousands of people to its host city. State attorneys generals in Texas and Indiana, where recent Super Bowls were held, and other experts, have said the event creates an ideal setting for traffickers because they easily can go unnoticed in the influx of people.

Over 400,000 men from all over the country, including small town and major cities are expected to attend the Super bowl event this year. They will all converge in Glendale and Phoenix during the event. The men who engage in such activities by the way are not your stereotypical male sex predators – they are your next door neighbors, fathers, husbands. Many hold positions of respect and responsibility within their communities back home, they represent all demographic types including school teachers, doctors, lawyers, coaches, paraprofessionals and executives of major corporations representing the fortune 500 top companies in America.

Trafficking is not just an issue that happens to people in other countries. The United States is a main source and transit country, and is also considered one of the top destination points for victims of child trafficking and exploitation. Cases of human trafficking have been reported in all 50 U.S. States; anyone can be trafficked regardless of race, class, education, gender, age, or citizenship when forcefully coerced or enticed by false promises.

Human trafficking is a gross violation of human rights.  It is the illegal trade in human…

Metallic Hydrogen, Time Crystals & Hyper-Dimensional Speculation

Source: GizaDeathStar.com
Dr. Joseph P. Farrell
January 31, 2017

First off, a caveat: by hyper-dimensional speculation I mean something far beyond our usual “high octane” speculation, and perhaps bordering on “sheer fantasy”, but falling just short of it. In any case, this has been one of those weeks where I truly do wish I had a staff that could blog about all the stories I wanted to blog about, because there are so many. Alas, I am only one person, and have to make my selections, but these two stories were at the very top of my list, not only for what they say, but also for their implications, and the context in which they occurred.

Let’s look at the first article that began to flood my email in box about a new type of matter which has just been confirmed: time crystals:

Scientists have confirmed a brand new form of matter: time crystals

So, in addition to the usual states of matter – solid, liquid, gas, plasma – we may now add a fifth, the time crystal, or to be more precise: non-equilibrium matter, a form of matter which in its ground state, oscillates, in other words, a regular lattice structure repeated not only in space such as an ordinary crystal like carborundum or diamond, but also in time as well, and this structure apparently exists without the consumption of energy to create motion:

First predicted by Nobel-Prize winning theoretical physicist Frank Wilczek back in 2012, time crystals are structures that appear to have movement even at their lowest energy state, known as a ground state.

Usually when a material is in ground state, also known as the zero-point energy of a system, it means movement should theoretically be impossible, because that would require it to expend energy.

But Wilczek predicted that this might not actually be the case for time crystals.

Normal crystals have an atomic structure that repeats in space – just like the carbon lattice of a diamond. But, just like a ruby or a diamond, they’re motionless because they’re in equilibrium in their ground state.

But time crystals have a structure that repeats in time, not just in space. And it keep oscillating in its ground state.

Imagine it like jelly – when you tap it, it repeatedly jiggles. The same thing happens in time crystals, but the big difference here is that the motion occurs without any energy.

A time crystal is like constantly oscillating jelly in its natural, ground state, and that’s what makes it a whole new form of matter – non-equilibrium matter. It’s incapable of sitting still.

To put it country simple, a non-equilibrium ground state of matter – a time crystal – is a kind of exotic matter, the quest for which we’ve been hearing about in recent years, though usually in conjunction with the so called “dark matter.”

The quest was initiated by a paper by Norman Yao which demonstrated their theoretical existence and provided a map by which to actually create them:

Yao and his team have now come up with a detailed blueprint that describes exactly how to make and measure the properties of a time crystal, and even predict what the various phases surrounding the time crystals should be – which means they’ve mapped out the equivalent of the solid, liquid, and gas phases for the new form of matter.

Published in Physical Review Letters, Yao calls the paper “the bridge between the theoretical idea and the experimental implementation”.

The technique is simplicity itself, and, let it be noted, relies in some part on the idea of entanglement, with all its allusions to non-locality:

The University of Maryland’s time crystals were created by taking a conga line of 10 ytterbium ions, all with entangled electron spins.

The key to turning that set-up into a time crystal was to keep the ions out of equilibrium, and to do that the researchers alternately hit them with two lasers. One laser created a magnetic field and the second laser partially flipped the spins of the atoms.

Because the spins of all the atoms were entangled, the atoms settled into a stable, repetitive pattern of spin flipping that defines a crystal.

That was normal enough, but to become a time crystal, the system had to break time symmetry. And observing the ytterbium atom conga line, the researchers noticed it was doing something odd.

The two lasers that were periodically nudging the ytterbium atoms were producing a repetition in the system at twice the period of the nudges, something that couldn’t occur in a normal system.

“Wouldn’t it be super weird if you jiggled the Jell-O and found that somehow it responded at a different period?” said Yao.

“But that is the essence of the time crystal. You have some periodic driver that has a period ‘T’, but the system somehow synchronises so that you observe the system oscillating with a period that is larger than ‘T’.”

Let that settle in for a moment: one inputs a periodicity of T, and out pops Tn, where Tn>T. If one has really been paying attention to various “odd details” I’ve chronicled in my books, one can imagine that the late Dr. Nikolai Kozyrev might be elated that this is a demonstration of his idea of “time as a force” and with a “density”, a density that could be quantified by this time-lattice structure or periodicity. One might also suspect that a certain Dr. Ronald Richter would also be elated that this outlines ideas he was getting at in the 1950s(see my The Philosophers’ Stone and The Nazi International respectively). Tuck all this in the back of your mind as you now contemplate that they’ve also not only successfully created these time crystals at Harvard, but that Harvard has also successfully synthesized metallic hydrogen, i.e., hydrogen not as a gas, but a metal:

It’s real: Metallic hydrogen has been created for the first time

I’ll leave it to the reader to read the whole article, but I want to point out this paragraph:

Most importantly, physicists think that metallic hydrogen could be a room-temperature superconductor, which would mean the material could conduct electricity with zero resistance – and without having to be cooled to crazy temperatures first.

We know of many superconducting materials already – we use them to create the powerful magnetic fields in our MRI machines and in maglev trains – but they’re only capable of achieving superconductivity at temperatures below –269 degrees Celsius (–452.2 degrees Fahrenheit), which makes them expensive and non-practical for many purposes.

If scientists could achieve that same superconductivity at room temperature, it would be huge, because it means we could create things like power lines that don’t lose any electricity between the power plant and your home. Right now, the grid loses as much as 15 percent of its energy as heat, due to resistance.

The material could also be the most powerful rocket propellant ever discovered, with incredible energy stored up in its bonds capable of blasting us to distant worlds.

Note, that by synthesizing metallic hydrogen for the first time ever, the first step in that technology tree outlined in the above quotation has been taken. Which brings us to the fourth line of that outline: “The material could also be the most powerful rocket propellant ever discovered, with incredible energy stored up in its bonds capable of blasting us to distant worlds.” Metallic hydrogen in its isotopic forms – deuterium and tritium – if those could be synthesized, could then perhaps be used as fusion fuel for such propulsion systems “blasting us to distant worlds,” a kind of “thermonuclear rocket.”

But really, why bother with all that? Recall the experiments of Evgenny Podkletnov with circular superconductors that appeared to take on contrabaric (antigravity) properties. Now, instead of having to supercool those superconductors, simply make them of metallic hydrogen, in big enough rings, and oh, say, stack two of them upon the same axis of rotation, and counter-rotate those superconducting currents (which would have to be appropriately massive), and what do you get?

Well, before you think this rings a bell (and it does to some degree), recall NASA’s proof of concept experiments in space warp technologies, being led by Dr. Harold “Sonny” White, who, you’ll recall, reworked the metric of Miguel Alcubierre’s paper on space warps to a smaller mass-energy conversion, and you have the NASA drawings of Dr. White’s warp drive space ships with their clearly evident rings or “engines” that produce the warp. (See? I told you this would be hyper-dimensional speculation just on the fringe of fantasy.)

While all this is hyper-dimensional-speculation-just-this-side-of-fantasy, I have to wonder if it really is that, for what it appears we’re being shown are the first steps in a technology tree that could lead from fantasy to reality, and in that respect, I cannot help but recall both DARPA’s stated goal for the USA to become “warp capable” in a mere century, and to recall that what we’re shown usually lags behind – often far behind – what we’re not being shown. And I can’t help recall in the context of all this hyper-dimensional-speculation-just-this-side-of-fantasy, the alleged statements of Ben Rich, that “we” had found “an error in the equations” (shades of Dr. White reworking Alcubierre’s equations), and that we now could “take ET home.” I cannot also help but recall President Trump’s strange connection to Nikola Tesla via his MIT physicist uncle, Dr. John Trump, and the President’s statements on making space a national priority.

I don’t know about you, but I suspect something is definitely “up”…

See you on the flip side…

Trump Signs Executive Order On Regulation: “For Every New Regulation, Two Regulations Must Be Revoked”

Source: ZeroHedge.com
January 30, 2017

President Trump has signed an executive action to revoke two regulations for every one enacted, or as officials told AP, that they are naming the new directive a “one in, two out” plan. Federal agencies will need to revoke two regulations for every new regulation they request, and the White House will review the proposal, according to administration officials.

The order sets a budget of $0 for new regulations in 2017 and the administration will set a regulation budget each year, the official said on customary condition of anonymity. Military and national security regulations are exempt.

“This will be the biggest such act that our country has ever seen. There will be regulation, there will be control, but it will be normalized control,” Trump said as he signed the order in the Oval Office, surrounded by a group of small business owners.

Trump’s latest executive action will prepare a process for the White House to set an annual cap on the cost of new regulations, a senior official told reporters ahead of the signing. For the rest of fiscal 2017, that cap on new regulations would be $0, the official said on customary condition of anonymity.

Here are the key highlights in the order compiled by Axios, as per the text released by the White House:

  • Whenever an agency proposes a new regulation, it has to identify “at least two” previous regulations to be repealed.
  • For all new regulations, “the total incremental cost … shall be no greater than zero.”
  • If there are new costs, they have to be offset by eliminating costs in “at least two prior regulations.”
  • The process will be directed by Mick Mulvaney, who’s set to become the next director of the Office of Management and Budget.
  • If a new regulation wasn’t already listed on the “Unified Regulatory Agenda” — a list of rules in the works — it can’t be issued, “unless otherwise required by law” or unless Mulvaney says it’s OK.
  • The limit applies to fiscal year 2017, which is already underway.

As Reuters adds, major regulations are typically reviewed by the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) before they are issued. That review will continue under this new measure, but agencies will also have to identify what two regulations will be repealed to offset the costs of any new rule. The new order does not require that the repeal of the two regulations be done simultaneously with the release of additional rules, the official said.

“This vests tremendous power and responsibility in the OMB director to ensure the president’s direction in how we manage this across the government,” the official said.

This means that Trump’s pick to lead the OMB, budget hawk Mick Mulvaney of South Carolina, will have critical say on any US regulatory spending and “pork” going forward.

Trumps Idea-Man Steve Bannon X-Rays NY Time’s Skull: Empty

1984minstryoftruth

Jon Rappoport
January 29, 2017

A few days ago, the NY Times interviewed Trump’s special counselor, Steve Bannon. Bannon wasted no time:

“The media should be embarrassed and humiliated and keep its mouth shut and just listen for awhile.”

“The media here is the opposition party. They don’t understand this country. They still do not understand why Donald Trump is the president of the United States.”

“The elite media got it [their election prediction] dead wrong, 100 percent dead wrong…a humiliating defeat that they will never wash away, that will always be there.”

“The mainstream media has not fired or terminated anyone associated with following our [Trump] campaign. Look at the Twitter feeds of those people [reporters]: they were outright activists of the Clinton campaign.”

“That’s why you [the NY Times and other press outlets] have no power. You were humiliated.”

The Times asked Bannon if he thought Sean Spicer, Trump’s new press secretary, had “lost credibility with the media.”

Bannon said: “Are you kidding me? We think that’s a badge of honor… The media has zero integrity, zero intelligence, and no hard work. You’re the opposition party. Not the Democratic Party. You’re the opposition party. The media’s the opposition party.”

The Times thought they were being clever by getting Bannon’s quotes “on the record.” They knew he would attack the press, and they knew their loyal readers would tsk-tsk and shake their heads as they sipped their morning coffees. O dear, o my, who is this wild man Bannon lashing out at our beloved newspaper?

Bannon knows the game. He understands the Times and the Washington Post, and the rest of the media echo-chamber that bounces agreed-upon stories among themselves. That’s what they did during the presidential campaign, and despite their best efforts, Globalist queen, Hillary Clinton, hit the skids and ended up back in Chappaqua, the Oval Office forever out of her reach. Cry for her, America.

Bannon is right. The media is the opposition party. They oppose the people’s right to know, on hundreds of major stories, and whether you love or hate Donald Trump, the media are criminal rogues in a long-running stage play.

The media believe an election campaign is an event they own. It’s their property. They can twist it any which way.

If something can be printed on page one and put on the nightly news, the media claim ownership. This is why ABC is asserting that their recent interview with Trump cannot be aired by ANYONE after February 1. ABC owns history. They can erase it. (See here and here. Oh, and for good measure, see here.)

Sound familiar? It’s straight out of Orwell’s 1984.

And hold on: since Trump’s election, Orwell’s novel has jumped to number one on Amazon’s list of best sellers. Number one. Its publisher, Penguin, has ordered a new print run of 75,000 to keep up with the demand. 47,000 copies have been sold since Trump won the election.

My God, the basket of deplorables can read.

Something’s happening, Mr. NY Times, and you don’t know what it is.

You’re clueless. You’re outflanked. You’re throwing power-puff punches in the dark.

What’s your next move? An interview with Beelzebub, who says he voted for Trump?

My guess is you’ve got a team down in Mexico right now, talking to your principal investor, billionaire Carlos Slim, begging him for more money to refinance the refinance of your debt, so you can keep paddling along in your vast sea of red ink.

Meanwhile, more and more people will be reading Orwell’s 1984 and identifying you as the Ministry of Truth.

Even readers from Hillary’s camp, taken in by your claim that fake news brought her down, will discover, when they read 1984, that the prime number one faker is the State media apparatus, not 50,000 independent outlets.

You, the NY Times, have been THE State media apparatus for a long, long time.
