  1. Oh wow!!! I live in chronic pain and experience inflammation throughout my body. Recently my cholesterol went up after a very very stressful time of my life. Right away my GP wanted me on a statin, to which I said no way! I am lowering my cholesterol the natural way. I’ve also said for years there is a reason why my cholesterol seems so high even when I am doing all the right things like diet, exercise and living right. It just didn’t make sense. NOW I have an answer!!! Thank YOU!!! ❤ (I am bookmarking this so that my GP can watch the next time I see him!)
