When l was just 36 l had a breakdown after working 18-hours a day in the finance industry when the doctor arrived he said if I was dying he could help but l had stress and l needed to relax it was the hardest thing to do in the end l learned to use techniques such as transcendental meditation and taking time just for me … I’m 62 and never suffer again ..     1. Am sorry you went through that. Its awesome you conquered the stress though. Stress is one of those things that can cause more issues than people realize. Thankfully though, its not impossible to deal with. Also, like you meditation, and breathing exercises has helped me manage stress now for quite some time. Am grateful to have found that out. Awesome that you did too!
